Being truthful is hard in today’s day and age, everywhere you turn people are lying and it isn’t intentional it’s just the way people are. Telling the whole story is unnecessary if it doesn’t help the situation, complete honesty is unachievable because lying is unavoidable, and people don’t tell the whole truth because they want to protect people’s feelings.

The majority of us lie as which is known already, but one peculiar fact is that it only took 10 minutes for somebody to tell a lie. I agree that Finally, we lie because we do not want to get hurt. An example is we protect our own feelings.
