CE 3.1.1 In this description I am unfolding my role as a technical recruiter focusing on the recruitment of Electrical engineers for various core engineering companies on behalf of B3.

CE 3.2.1 B3 is located in Kolkata , West Bengal is a growing manpower consultancy which provides recruitment solution to various industries in India and overseas. And after few selections telephonic interviews would be conducted, of which the pre-technical round would be conducted by the recruiters and short listed by them. The final technical interview was taken by another set of technical questions the current position.
CE 3.2.5 The resumes of the selected candidates would be forwarded in the next step .If the candidates qualifies from the technical round then their resume would be sent to the client for the selection and so on. It may seem that the need for technical recruiter to have current update in the engineering domain; however, tertiary knowledge in technical interviewer is as important as the interviewee. Thus while working for B3, recruiters had to attend technical seminar’s, training and workshops to keep ourselves updated on the latest technical innovations.
CE 3.2.6 Most of the national and overseas clients, hiring graduate engineers were the primary aspect especially the candidates having adequate knowledge in power sector. As most of the clients were Middle East based, the need for electrical engineers was the core requirements.
