Reflection of Maya, Inca and Aztec Civilization Cassandra Chenevert Colorado Christian University Reflection of Maya, Inca and Aztec Civilization After the fall of Rome, different regions rebuilt including Western Europe. “Diverse cultures thrived in the Americas” (Spielvogel, pg 572). Early exploration of the Americas discovered a new way of life. People learned how to farm which entailed planting seeds into the rich soil, and it would develop into crops that could be harvested to eat. Learning to farm made civilization possible in middle or better known as Central America as well as Mexico and South America, regions with a mild climate and rich soil (Spielvogel, pg. 574). People began to occupy regions and develop civilizations. Although early people began to inhabit regions of Central America, Mexico, and South America and thrive, they would hit their peaks and start to decline (Spielvogel, pg. 576). The beginning of the Teotihuacán occurs during this time, and the evidence is not always shown by the decline in the people of Teotihuacán, around A.D. 600. However, there is a development of Mayan, Aztec and Inca civilization beginning. Each civilization does not last very long. Many different reasons contribute to the fall of the Mayas, Aztecs, and Incas Civilization. If these civilizations did not exist, then our current world would not have the rich culture of farming, intricate writing language, strong architectural foundations, modern medicine, and the
