Pursuant to California Vehicle Code (40902), I plead not guilty by Trial by Written Declaration of the charges of CVC 22349 (b). I have paid the fine of $352 and have attached the receipt to the case as instructed.
On 6/22/2016, it was a normal condition weather on Thornton Road at 3:22 PM. The CHP officer had pulled me over passed the crossing of Thornton Road and Eight Mile Road. The officer had stated that I have been pulled over for driving at an unsafe speed of 71 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. I had asked the officer what type of device that he had used for clocking my speed. He had informed me that he was using a Radar device and had even shown me the device that he was using. After receiving the citation, I proceeded with my day. However,

The location that I was clocked for speed was in the farmlands of Thornton Road between Eight Mile Road and W Turner Road. The path is shown on the map on Exhibit A (courtesy of Google Maps) My precise location is marked with an X. The road is a narrow two-way lane. The road is shown is on Exhibit B and shows where I was scanned for speed. From what I recall, I believe the CHP officer had a another vehicle that was in front of the same lane that he was traveling. There is a possibility that After research on legitimate websites, I have found that the use of a radar in these road conditions are common. Because of the angle that any standard police radar, it is possible that the officer may have scanned the other vehicle that was in front of him. The radar does not specify where it was exactly pointing toward on the road. I was shown the computer by the officer. I have attached my own personal images to back up my testimony. Exhibits C and D are personal images that I have taken on another day. They show that there are two vehicles in front of me and prove that road is too narrow to prove that the CHP officer had captured my vehicle's speed and not the other vehicle. These photos were taken safely at a time I was stopped on the road because there was road construction on the day that the photos were taken. This error is known as a Vehicle Interference
On August 27, 2015 at approximately 2154 hrs, I observed a gray 2005 Acura TL bearing NJ Reg# J61FHA was driving 69 mph on 55 mph zone on Route 1 north, made a passing on the right lane and change lane again to the middle lane. When the traffic light turned red on intersection between North Oaks Blvd and Route 1 north, I pull my patrol vehicle 558 next to the vehicle as a the vehicle was slowing for the traffic light and I observed interior light on with a driver who had his hand upon his ear and moving his mouth which made me believed that the driver was talking on his cell phone while driving. I positioned my patrol vehicle 558 behind the Acura TL, activated my overhead emergency lights and conducted motor vehicle stop.
On July 20, 2016 at 19:00 I found Joseph Grass driving 15 mph in a 25 mph zone. After reaching the next intersection, Joseph ran the stop sign and continued down the road. I pulled in behind him and made a traffic stop on his truck. When I reached the window of his truck he was slumped over, behind the wheel, unlawfully in the middle of the road. I attempted to get Joseph’s attention by putting my flash light in his face, but that would not rouse him.
I then transported Whitebear to the Pasadena City Jail for booking. I issued Whitebear a citation for CVC 14601.1(a)-Suspended Driver’s License and CVC 5200(a)-No License Plates. Whitebear is scheduled to appear at the Pasadena Court on 06-30-17 at 0830 hours (Citation #C420199). Whitebear was held on the outstanding arrest

Trp. Burrell was participating in a Lidar project on I-85 north near Popular Creek Road in Vance County. Trp. Burrell was notified of a black SUV traveling north at a high rate of speed. Trp. Burrell activated his blue lights and siren and attempted to make an enforcement stop, but was impeded by a silver Mitsubishi SUV in the passing lane. Trp. Burrell followed behind this vehicle a short distance with his blue lights and siren activated, and the vehicle yielded to the left toward the median. Trp. Burrell proceeded north on I-85 and stopped the black SUV that originally was the target of the Lidar project. This complaint is unfounded based on Trp. Burrell was not traveling at a high rate, and the vehicle in front of him yielded to the
While on duty, I, Officer J. Daniszewski, was traveling eastbound on W Westover St. As I was stopped at the intersection of W Westover St and Sawyer St. the suspect vehicle passed me traveling westbound on W Westover St. As the suspect vehicle passed me, I looked in my rear view mirror and could not see a license plate on the suspect vehicle. I turned around and positioned my patrol cruiser behind the suspect vehicle. As I got behind the suspect vehicle, I could not identify a license plate on the back of the vehicle. I turned on my emergency lights and initiated a traffic stop. The suspect vehicle stopped on W Westover St, just east of Roundhouse Ave.
On 05-26-2016 at approximately 2157 hours, Vehicle 1 was northbound on Hulsey Road approaching the intersection of Heatherfield Drive at a speed witnesses estimated to be approximately 50 mph. Witness statements also said Vehicle 1 had been performing a wheelie prior to the crash, but was down on both wheels about 4 seconds prior to the crash. Bicyclist 1 was riding from Heatherfield Drive and crossing Hulsey Road from east to west, violating the right of way of Vehicle 1. Bicyclist 1 was crossing the roadway in an area where there were no streetlights, traffic signals or crosswalks.
I reviewed all evidence submitted. Respondent 1’s evidence consisted of a vehicle photo, an ariel scene photograph and Respondent 1 driver’s written statement. The vehicle photo shows left quarter panel damage. It matches the diagram on the police report and does not prove that the Respondent 1 vehicle had almost completed it turn when struck by Respondent 2. The ariel scene photograph shows less detail than the police report diagram and does not support Respondent 1’s contentions. In Respondent 1’s driver’s written statement she says she heard brakes squealing. This contradicts Respondent 1’s contention that Respondent 2 did not take evasive action. The police report is the most compelling piece of evidence. The police report finds Respondent

On Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at approximately 0901 hours, while patrolling West Avenue approaching the intersection of West Ave and Green Street, I observed a blue in color, Honda Accord, Ga Tag #PYV7223, improper use of center turn lane. When the vehicle approached the turning lane to make a left on Green Street. The driver kelp straight and drove in the oncoming turning lane on Railroad Street. I followed the vehicle south on Railroad Street and initiated a traffic stop by activating my emergency blue lights. The vehicle came to a complete stop at the Sign Solutions, 1081 Railroad Street, and I made contact with the driver. The driver identified himself as Bibiano Valente.
I then pulled back up alongside the vehicle and asked Kloos what was wrong. He told me in a slurred speech that the vehicle had quit running. At that time, I suspected Kloos was alcoholically impaired and decided that it was unsafe for him to continue driving. I then backed up my my service vehicle off to the side of the road and called into the Sector Radio dispatcher a request to run Kloos’s vehicle license plate, Arizona BPG7437. The radio dispatcher identified the vehicle as a 1993 Chevy Pickup registered to Jason Leroy Kloos out of Casa Grande, Arizona. I also requested that the Sector Radio dispatcher notify the Eloy Police Department or Pinal County Sheriff’s Office in order to properly investigate the situation and confirm if the driver was alcoholically impaired. Kloos then exited the vehicle and advised me that he was not from around the area. Kloos then went on to say it was a mistake and that he had turned the wrong way. He asked me to just let him off with a warning , but I advised Kloos that I suspected he was driving under the influence of alcohol and that as a Border Patrol Agent, I could not give him a warning, but was detaining him until local law enforcement arrived to properly determine if he was driving
On 05/01/2016 at approximately 0151 hrs I was on patrol as a Sheriff's Deputy in Sumner County, KS. I was traveling west on east US 166 HWY about the 1500 block, when I observed a white passenger car coming towards me, as it got closer I could see that both of its passenger side tires were over the fog line. The vehicle continued to travel east on US 166, no other traffic was in the area so I turned my vehicle around and began to follow the white passenger car. As I got close to the vehicle I observed it was straddling the fog line, as I was following I observed the vehicle drive on the fog line 3 separate times. The vehicle was also weaving in its lane of traffic. I followed the vehicle out
One of the biggest mistakes in my life occurred at that time. It was 1:45 am already and the highway was as very dark. I was still going 80, and I never thought there would be a sheriff automobile just waiting for someone at almost 2:00am in the morning to be speeding in an empty highway such as the one I was in. But some how he caught someone, and that “someone” was me. He pulled me over on the side of the
passed I turned around and caught up with the vehicle at Broad and Pine in the
On the early morning of September 28, 2014 I was leaving a colleagues birthday celebration in downtown Washington DC, where I consumed a few drinks. I had two friends in the car with me to drop them off at home. I took Baltimore Washington Parkway to take one of my friends home in Cheverly Maryland. As I am driving on the parkway another car side swiped the right side of my vehicle, never stopped, and continued to drive away. The initial impact from the side swipe caused my car to spin in circles. Once my car completely stopped, it was facing the opposite direction of traffic for the Cheverly exit ramp. Instantly help was on the scene. Shortly after, my friends were taken out of the car by ambulance. An officer approached my door and
