I am not a big fan of writing papers because writing is one of my weakest point. The interpretive essay was a struggle for me and I also didn't know how to put my paper in MLA style. During my first draft I had no clue as to what to write. When I was writing the first draft of the interpretive essay I felt like I was explaining the story instead of interpreting it in my own understanding so I decide not to turn the paper in. When I spoke with Professor Ryan Clark, he told me to write whatever that comes to my mind and that the first draft doesn't have to be perfect; after the talk with him I decided to start on my draft. The first draft took me about 6 hours to complete. During the 6 hours process of writing the paper I change pages that

English class has never been my strong suite. I always had to work twice as hard in English then I did in any other class. Writing paper always had me stressed and overwhelmed, I felt discouraged in my work. l never seemed to be able to get to the level I wanted to. I would try my hardest and paid attention in class, but when it came to writing the paper none of that seemed to help. I think that my experience in English Composition 1 has helped gain and grow in some areas, but I don’t think that it highlights a well-written college essay. Some elements that I worked to improving was introduction paragraphs, tone, style, and thesis statements.
At first I was not sure what I should put, but then when I starting thinking about it, it came pretty easily. However I did have a difficult time thinking about what I can’t change because I try not to focus on that.
A person communicate different variety of ways, both verbally and non-verbally. Primates and other animals have been communicating without the use of language since long before humans invented verbal communication. Some scientists believe that even today, most communication between humans is non-verbal. Both types of communication differ significantly between genders and across cultures.
I am particularly interested in the 1st STEP program because of the opportunity presented to acquire advocacy, persuasion and presentation skills that are fundamental not only in the court room but also in all areas of lawyering. As a continuing J.D. student, and ranked 86 (47%) of my class, I wish to engage in the fundamentals of litigation so as to better serve possible clients. Because I was pre-admitted into the program upon my acceptance letter, I choose Golden Gate University to learn and grow and hope this program will further my education.

Throughout the brainstorming of a paper organization of a thesis should be at the end of the first paragraph and very well informed. The theses, at first, in my rough drafts were not that specific of what I was going to write about. It did not mention of what I was going to writing about per paragraph and led to multiple directions and, therefore, confuses the readers. In the rough draft, my thesis was not very well presented and did not mention the points that I was going to make. But when I wrote that “…due to decreased employment, fewer agriculture products, immigration to the United States and invasion of American high-quality products.” ( “Mexican Food Supply…” 1). On that account, my essay revitalized of what I was going to mention
This essay is a reflective essay on my learning development from a young age through to my current position as a University Student. I will be relating my learning development back to two theories of human development, Vygotstsky’s socio-cultural theory and Marcia’s version of Erikson’s theory of identity development. I will identify and discuss the challenge I have faced with my identity and how this has impacted on my development.
English isn't one of my favorite subjects, but it was interesting to learn much more about English through this course. This course, overall, taught me about how to organize my ideas and the importance of clicking the button that checks one's spelling on the paper. Even though, I improved throughout my time in this course in my organization and expressing my ideas. I still have some mistakes to improve on in my writing. English 101 showed the importance of writing and the ability to express my ideas throughout my academic career.

This 3rd writing project has been the easiest of them all. This project was the one with the least amount of time given, but even under those circumstances I personally excelled. Before I wrote this paper, choosing a topic was sort of difficult because I wasn’t too involved at UNLV. I went to some friends and asked them about their struggles at school. I also looked at my own life to see if there were any problems I had encountered on campus. An issue didn’t quickly pop up. The problem I used came to me when I was in my Geology class. I had been looking around when suddenly I spot a student sleeping. I like to acknowledge that this class is in a lecture hall with a total of 150 students. From there I continued to analyze this issue. When
From my first days at The College of Wooster, I can tell that I will be aptly prepared to have a successful future both during college and beyond. I’ll immediately be challenged and engaged by the First Year Seminar which will provide me with opportunities to make friends, engage in a topic of interest, and further develop my writing skills. In addition, this seminar will prepare me for college success.
This writing activity is a great way for me to think beyond what I thought about something before. I feel that it was a way to keep an open mind at different issues and to know what’s right and wrong with the issue. It was difficult to believe something that I doubt. It was hard for me to think about what is so great about a specific assertion and also how can I show that I believe it with all my heart. It was also hard to give details about an assertion that I doubt. It is easy to write about something that you doubt because you know a great amount of information about it, but when you have to write in a way to believe in it, it is hard to do so because you just never thought about believing in it. Doing this activity made me take a
