Reflective Statement
On this subject ENGG942-Professional Practice which is an annual subject. In the first semester(Autumn) the subject deals with personality development by creating resumes, job application, mock interviews and CDR (Competency Demonstration Report) for engineers. From this I learnt to make some of my personal resumes and got an idea to create CDR. While, in second semester (spring) which related to an understanding of some of the Australian rules and regulations, developing cultural relationships with other students in group presentation and writing report.
First, second semester (spring) I learnt about the ethical values and where does this ethic are used. From this code of ethics and I got an idea where can be implemented

In tutorial 2, I have to solve some of the realtime projects which have some ethical issue and learnt how to analyze some problem related to ethical issues. In tutorial 3, there was a test which related to a general analysis of common problems and management issue.
Third, case study of related to man-made disaster in real time engineering project. This case study is a group project and which I learnt coordination, team work and work plan. From this group, we have done our presentation related to ethical issues and detail analysis of real time disaster and to generate a 3000words report on it. This group work makes me develop an intercultural communication skills, weakness, strength of the team members individually. I learned that good teamwork is the key to success in presentation and reports, when time and resources are limited.
Finally, overall the subject ENGG-942 (professional practice) makes me to understand how ethics are important in real time engineering project. I develop my communication skills which are a backbone for my further job positions. I develop a high understanding about the Australian workplace culture and practice. I had a good outcome of professional engineering through intercultural skills, cultural awareness and communication skills. From this subject I have analyzed a discipline way to fulfil my job requirements and specific practical
The case study will form the basis of three individual assignments that are to be completed at various points in the course.
Each study analysis will be 1,000-1,250 words and submitted in one document. As with the assignments in Topics 1-3, this should connect to your identified practice problem of

I am writing this reflective journal in accordance with the CNO`s reflective practice standards and the LEARN model. Though my time on 600A has only just begun I have learned so much. Like many second year students, this is my first experience in the hospital. It has proven to be much different than my previous clinical experiences. My time with my first client stands out in my mind as a key learning experience.
2. Reflective Statement outlining support provided to a member of staff facing difficulties in her practice. JW is a member of staff that has been with the organisation for over five years. There has always been complaint about her standard of work, case note and report writing judging from the case management system MODUS.
In recent years, reflection and reflective practice have become well-known term with in the health care arena. They are words that have been debated and discussed with in the health care setting (Tony and Sue 2006). Reflective practice is essential for nurses, as nurses are responsible for providing care to the best of their ability to patients and their families (NMC, 2008). Reid (1993) states reflection is a process of reviewing an experience of practice in order to describe, analyse, evaluate and so inform learning about practice. Johns (1995) notes that reflection enables practitioners to assess, understand and learn through their experience. Reflective practice, therefore, offers nurses an opportunity to review their decisions and
I read up on the latest university activities, policies and procedures provided to us via mail and email or communicated to us at team meetings. I participated in Adobe MAX conference this year to learn new skills and techniques that assist with using the creative suite that is required for my job. I also have been taking classes toward my masters to learn more about the digital aspect of design.
A load of research has been done on learning and reflective practice and its effectiveness on the practitioners and one of the first people to research reflective Practice was Donald Schon in his book “The Reflective Practitioner” in 1983. Schon was an influential writer on reflection and had two main ways of identifying reflection and they were reflection in action and reflection on action.
My Understanding of why the book was banned was deepened through Tristan Interactive Oral. During and even before reading To Live, I really didn't understand why the book was banned I thought this book was just a normal book about a man's life and his struggles and hardships, however I was wrong. Through Tristan’s interactive oral I found out that this book was banned because it mock the Chinese Culture, and also it showed what was really going on in China during the cultural revolution. While preparing for this reflective statement I went back and reread certain section I finally realized just by rereading that this really show what was going on during the cultural revolution in China. An example of

1.1 In the first career episode, I will describe my annual project during the fourth year of my engineering study at the University of Aleppo, Syria.
Practically every professional engineering organization has developed a code of ethics. Codes of ethics are formal declarations of an engineer’s professional obligations, and it is important to know expectations for oneself before pursuing and committing to a course of action. This paper is also a great opportunity to practice researching and writing skills which are necessary to almost every career.
Ethics by definition are defined as a set of moral rules of conduct that are accepted by general public and should be obeyed by everyone. Ethics are essential to the architecture of a modern dynamic society and play a vital part in engineering or any other businesses. Ethics provide guidance to humans to pursue a course of action correctively in specific situations, and prevent us from the ones that would have negative or drastic consequences. Ethics clarifies what is good and bad on the basis of moral principle or values. Regardless of which particular field the engineer is in (e.g. civil, electrical or mechanical), their main liability and responsibility are to ensure the health, safety, and general welfare of the public are protected to the highest level possible. Since almost the work done by engineers can have great impact on almost all aspects of our daily life, any design schemes or implementations that are made by engineers must meet the highest standard to ensure that no damages or potential damages to any resource, people, organization or environment will exist. Many organizations, like the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ) have established a set of code of ethics to
I am currently pursuing Graduate program in Information Systems Management at University of Akron. I work as student assistant in Grab and Go (InfoCision Stadium–Summa Field). Being in Managing people in Organizations class, I could observe many issues in the management work which can be solved by Path Goal theory. As a student with no work experience, I did not have many chances to manage people except for leading a project team in classroom projects.
