Hi-
Both Terri and Rhonda came into my office independently last night to discuss their recent encounters. I do not believe it was a personality conflict, personality driven or that they were teaming up. They both seemed very concerned.
Terri-
She and Leah were together for Black Forest on Monday
Terri reports that Leah was: driving with one hand on the wheel, driving with both hands together at the center of the bottom of the wheel, driving off the side of the road (no shoulder on Shoup Rd). Terri also reports speeding and taking the Briargate ramp back onto the highway too fast and almost tipping the Mobile. Terri reports that she asked Leah to be careful, the she was driving off the shoulder and Leah said, “Do you want to drive?”
Rhonda-

Rhonda reports that she told Leah, “I am going to have to insist that you slow down.” Rhonda reports that Leah did not respond.
Last night, I scheduled a meeting with Leah today at 3:15.
I wanted to have all the ducks in a row and provide you a solution with the problem. I talked with two different staff at the 911 driving school today, they both recommended that I schedule a day to go on route with her, vs. talking with her about hearsay. Just as you and I have talked about in the past, they did not think it was a good idea to talk to her about hearsay. I called Sally about 11:15 and left a message that we had concerns about one of our new drivers and that you and had I talked about the situation in the past and that I would be talking with you again
make sure she was okay to drive, she said she would. McGuire said she had no
The entire time he spoke she was pacing back and forth from the front door of the station to her vehicle while yelling. She said he assaulted her and the police never help her. She spoke of alleged incidents which were to have occurred prior to today and said the police don't do anything. I asked why she didn't call then if that had happened. She did not respond with an answer
At 1746 Hrs. Sgt. Taylor then notified me through text advising that he was “having a juvenile entered into the amber alert system”. I then arrived at the law enforcement center to assist. I met with Sgt. Carroll and asked him to begin assisting after his briefing. CID Sgt. M. Sheedy was then notified of the incident and responded along with Det. Lee. A-Chief was also at the law enforcement center and was aware of the situation.
At around 0136 hours dispatch advised Jessica Johnson called dispatch. Dispatch said Jessica advised the male subject (Mekeal) would be coming to the front desk to talk to the Resident Assistant (RA). I let dispatch know I had contact with Mekeal and his friends. When Mekeal came to the desk he was on the phone with his mom. Mekeal said he heard the Police was wanting to speak to him. I let him know we did want to speak with him. I asked for him to sit at the table in the waiting area while I got my paperwork from my vehicle. I went to my vehicle and got a Miranda Rights Advisement Form and WSU PD Witness
A 911 call was placed shortly after midnight. When paramedics arrived, Tammy was unresponsive. Paul and Karla claimed they had fallen asleep downstairs in the rec room and were awakened by the sounds of Karla’s 15 year old sister Tammy “choking”. Tammy was taken in an ambulance to the hospital, and Karla’s parents rode along with her. Karla, her sister Lori, and Paul stayed at the house, and were questioned by a rookie who had been on the job for less than two months, David Weeks.
She was traveling south on Coolidge when J2017-0581A and his friends would not get out of the roadway.
I located the vehicle and pulled behind it without my emergency lights activated and I made contact with both the female driver and passenger. Shortly after, Edwards arrived on scene and he suspected that the driver, identified as Taya
Leanne Davis, 30, who is currently studying law at Southampton Solent University, was already serving a suspended sentence for trying to blackmail Dr Rupert Pemsel out of £10,000, when she was caught overtaking traffic on the wrong side of the road in order to cut in and hit a motorcyclist after arguing with him over the manner of her driving.
When we got to the station and while Officer Gausaches was doing paperwork I was eating in the briefing room. When another officer came in to take pictures of the heroine they had seized from a suspect that was not only trespassing but, need a Narcan shot. The officer showed me what heroine looked like and then asked if I knew what Narcan was and how it work I said no. He explained that Narcan gets rid of the opioid effects of heroine. As well if I wanted to be a police officer to get use to how it works because heroine is a big problem throughout the country. I am really learning that paperwork for police officer takes forever because we arrived at the station around 1250 and didn’t leave again till 2 because that is when Officer Gausaches was finished with the paper work. While patrolling around Easton Ave we came up on a scene by the Scarlet Pub. I’m not sure what occurred but, New Brunswick PD was there with multiple cars and Officer Gausaches after going over to talk with them explained they had someone locked up across the street. After that we got called over to the dorms by the dining hall on Cook Douglass. Apparently there was an ETOH a student had too much to drink and needed an

In the book it describes, “We are turning before I realize why we are turning, and then I realize that Ben is pulling the wheel toward him, turning us in a hopeless attempt to miss the cow, and then we are on the shoulder and then on the grass,” (Green 268). The quote explains how the near accident had occurred during their 21-hour trip to Agloe, New York.
I asked Karen if she had been drinking and she said she had been. Karen told me she was drinking hard liquor. I asked her if she had been drinking since last night or just this morning, she said this morning. I asked her if she had been driving since drinking and she said she yes. I asked her what happened to the vehicle that got sideswiped on South 1st Street, but she said she didn't know about it. I asked Karen if she had been down near the dead-end on South 1st Street and she said she had been to visit her friend that lives in that area. I told her there was red paint transfer on the vehicle that was hit and the reporting party recalls a vehicle matching hers parked across the street, but she still denied knowing anything about the vehicle
What I did not realize until earlier this year was that maybe for once I was actually the person in need of help. In January of 2016, while working a midnight shift as the shift supervisor, I was on a traffic stop with another officer. During the traffic stop I went to pick up an item on the ground and as I bent over to get the item, I heard that
A police officer comes to the emergency department nursing station and asks to speak to Harmony Andrews concerning the accident because she was sitting at the front of the bus and may have witnessed the accident.
The novel, To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee, is a timeless classic with many themes and lessons portrayed by the characters that readers of all generations can relate to. The story follows the children, Scout and Jem, along with their father, Atticus Finch, who is asked to defend a Black male accused of raping a White female. During the 1930s, the Black male, Tom Robinson, stood no chance, even if he was truly innocent. In reality, the case was already decided before it even started. After the case Mr. Robinson made an unfortunate decision that still kept people's views on Black people the same. Today we even see National Football League players kneeling during the national anthem to protest still a big problem in the world today: racism. The theme of racism in To Kill a Mockingbird, shown by the novel’s characters and their responses, is an issue that can be seen and related to in today’s society.
