Relativism is the “view that moral claims are relative to an individual or community, and do not have objective value or truth.” (Mosser, K. 2013). one society culture practice is not the same as another’s society culture. for example one society thinks that adultery or prostitution is allowed, considered to be right, and in another society it is not allowed, it is considered to be wrong. Another example is that one culture beleifs that football is the most entertaining sport to watch and another culture beliefs that soccer is the most entertaining sport to watch. a relativist person insist that the question “Which culture is right?” can not “really be answered without taking into consideration the values of the society.”(Mosser, K. 2013, Ch. 1.7). …show more content…

Ethical Egoism is an “ethical view that argues acts should be done out of a per­son’s self­-interest.”(Mosser, K. 2013). this states that the person’s moral evaluation is made in terms of the individual’s desire and goal. in other words what I want is considered right and what ever interferes with it is considered wrong.
