EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In any organization Occupation health and safety is necessary and it is done by updating the work environment, introducing safety precautions to secure their most important asset-employees. The role of HRM in OHSM plays a vital role and builds the organizations safety standards & policies, initiate it to employees by training them making sure they understand the seriousness of OHS in their daily work environment and most importantly doing a surveillance all the time and updating the safety system. Senior management commitment is always a mandatory in an organization because other employees gets influenced and gets encouraged by their skills which are gained from their experience. The OHS is integrated into their everyday work process by following the 6 components of OHSM, Three steps involved for successful OHS management are,
