Changeology is method for change some behavior. The use of changeology can help more the final goal. For a permanent change is necessary some months of prepare almost 90 day (3 months). The things which the people want change, most part, are bad habits, new goals, relationships, and life satisfaction. Change some behavior is not easy, so the best way for do this is break in step the goals. Changeology suggest five steps: psyched, prepping, perspire, persevere and persist.
