Fabs’ position as a Resident Activities Director (RAD) is an asset to providing for the families and children who live at Canterbury Place which is a housing complex for low-income families and founded by First Realty Management. The amount of things she has to juggle ranges from Sports and Academic Olympiad, which are annual competitions that First Realty Management hosts for kids ages 7-18 to go head to head in different sports and educational games against other sites. There is also the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Drug-Free Calendar Contest, where each kid who attends the community center gets to submit artwork on the given drug-free theme of the year with the hopes of it being included in the annual calendar
I would like to focus on one non-profit organization that has been doing very well in the recent years. The name of the organization is St Jude Research Hospital, which deals with the cure and treatment of children suffering from catastrophic diseases. In the five decades, it has been operational, the mortality rate has gradually reduced therefore saving lots of lives. St Jude started its operations in 1962. Danny Thomas was the one who started the organization and was helped by two other close friends (Pui, Pei, Pappo, Howard, Cheng, Sandlund and Gajjar, 2012).
As a district physical therapist manager overseeing twelve different facilities, it is important to adhere to the compliance standards and ensure other physical therapists and physical therapist assistances are attaining such standards. In this particular example, it was important that the district manager took responsibility for looking at the audits instead of relying only on the hired auditor. Two red flags were brought to the manager’s attention when reviewing the detailed reports: re-evaluations and modality charges.
We hope this neighborhood design will fit their needs and help them become more self-efficient. The shared space can help them create a community of support. Other communities they have developed tiny home communities have onsite social workers and counselors available for
It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend Ashraf Abdeljaber, AAMC ID: 13089832 as a promising candidate to the Family Medicine residency program at your institution. I supervised Ashraf during his geriatrics elective rotation at Jackson Park hospital where I got to observe him closely and I have nothing but high praises for him.
Betsy Radca is currently my managers and she is the only position higher than me that I could eventually move into. Since, I work directly with Betsy every day, I asked her directly and in person if could speak with her regarding information on her type of position in an organization. Betsy has worked for and been the Administrator at the Grand Valley Surgical Center for two and a half years. The questions and responses that evoked the most in-depth response were:

Case Managers have a challenging job, often dealing with patients, community agencies and facilitating their hospital discharge to the next level of care. They collaborate and communicate with the entire healthcare team and mostly with the patient during the hospitalization process. They act as support for all stakeholders to achieve positive patient outcomes. In this paper, I will be interviewing Ian Mopas, who is a Patient Care Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente in Redwood City about his education, work training, goals, and objectives as a Care Coordinator, and his responsibilities in his organization.
Leadership experiences can come in a variety of ways. From holding an executive position to leading a subcommittee of a student organization, leadership opportunities exist in many ways at the University of Georgia. My leadership consist of experiences that are not typically thought of when leadership is considered. Through my experiences, I learned that serving others is to genuinely lead in my positions as a resident assistant and an IMPACT site-leader.
I have always wanted to become a Resident mentor but I was always terrified of the title until now. A resident Assitant has many roles and its primary role is to be a leader to a community. I want to take on that leadership role because I feel I was always meant to do so. I feel I hold many qualities for what it takes to be a resident assistant such as responsibility, determination, patience, and charisma. I love helping people as well as serving as a mentor to those who need me. I want to make a difference in someone's life and educate those who may not know much about the community we live in. I am interested in becoming a resident assistant because I want to meet new people and build a community of individuals who all know each other and
In my report I am going to demonstrate my understanding of two job roles and how they differ from each other. The first career I would certainly consider doing, the other I am sure I don’t want to do, both careers fall into two sectors both statutory and independent (private). I have chosen to research nursing for the mentally disabled because it is something that I would really contemplate doing as my life long career as I would love to work along with the less fortunate people. The second job I have chosen to look into is key stage one primary school teaching, I chose this because I don’t particularly think that I would like to do it, but I would enjoy to know more about it before ruling this profession
Working in the health care environment the world needs effective, wise and visionary leaders, leadership matters in every organisation to change the health care environment so it may continue to grow to ensure it gives us better evidence based practice (Evans & M.L, 2015, p 34-50). All health care professionals are required at some point in their position to engage in management or leadership. As an AIN, EN or RN they all have a responsibility to educate, lead and manage within the health care profession (Innis & Berta, 2016, p.2-22). This allows each individual to develop useful and excellent leadership skills and management strategies to be able to educate and lead an exceptional team (Innis & Berta, 2016, p. 2-22). Although our greatest

An effective team which performs at the highest level, whilst completing their work efficiently to the best of their ability. An effective team will always consist of certain features enabling effective team performance. Some of these features are as follows; develop goals and plans, i.e. an effective team will always devise a development or goal plan, which will describe the specific purpose for the team. As a health care administrator there are many challenges that have to be faced. Health care administrators have to deal with a very demanding career with all things health care on a constant change. The changing of health care with new developments is what causes health care administrators to have such a tough job. They have to make sure that they stay up to date on the changes happening. The main two challenges that I think will be faced is communication to employees and staying up to date with trending health care issues.
