On the other hand, the employees should respect their manager too. Mangers and employees should think of the workplace as their home. They spend more than half of their day on that place. First, manger should improve the relationship with the employees, treat them fairly, develop their potential and help them to achieve their goal and finally, create an energized culture that creates a positive environment. All that would make optimized employees and help them to believe more on their mangers and respect them.
I want them to feel as if they are part of the team. I must listen to them and be open minded to their viewpoints. I need to be able to respect those viewpoint as well. Second, I feel I need to be fair as a leader. I cannot be bias to one employee over another. I understand that I will have employees that will do more for me and they are the type of employees that will get the recognition they deserve however I cannot favor them in a way that it makes others resentful. But it is really hard to write about this because I am having a hard time wondering how I disrespected them. So, where do I start on this and what do I say about it. As far as this essay goes I am just going to write how I feel about respect and how respect works both ways. It is wrong to disrespect a Non Commissioned Officer because they are appointed above me to guide me to the right place and things to do. Women all over the world have been mistreated for more than a century. It has been exploited throughout the world as how “women aren’t currently treated the same as men in certain situations” but it is far more beyond that. Only half of the world seems to at least know what is really happening behind the curtain. Ambiguous people have manipulated the very much realness with what is exactly taking place in our society. In this essay, I will be talking about the following things; Inequity in the workplace, “Asking for it”, Violence against women globally, Education, and The psychology of it all. Treating others with honesty, dignity, and respect is important for a manager as well as being sensitive to his or her employees, appreciating their value to the team as well as their diversity, experiences, knowledge perspective and ideas. A good manager will try to build their employees up and gain employee engagement. A friend of mine worked at a manufacturing company in Calhoun, Georgia and he had been with the company for ten years. In the early 1900’s, some of the first ideas were thrown together to allow an organization to flourish in the upcoming modern era. The first theories were known as scientific and classical management, which focused on three separate theories from Frederick Taylor, Henri Fayol, and Max Weber.
