Hi Rikki, you did a really nice job organizing and answering this week’s discussion question. In your comment to my post you mention how you questioned your choice on which one you thought was most important. After reading what you had to say and how you thought the imaginary victim was the most important I would have to say I now agree with you. Originally I didn’t considered the imaginary victim to be one of the most important, but you made a good point saying that there is zero blame placed on the prosecuting party. Mendelsohn’s theory was definitely a major success for his times as you stated. I find it to be truly interesting that he was able to accomplish what he did simply because he was trying to properly represent his client
