It is clear Ryerson University needs a better way to make education accessible to all their students. With the constant delays of the transit systems we have, and the rising costs to commute, students are skipping lectures. The best solution to this problem is starting VR enabled lectures. This will keep expenses low for students and save time that students struggle to find. VR enabled lectures are far superior to the alternative, which is living on campus. By living on campus expenses increase and you’re not in the comfort of your home. Also it is not guaranteed you will get approved to live on residence because of the limited beds available. Being a computer science students we already have the necessary knowledge to make this possible, as
In 1976, Congress passed the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in response to a growing national concern about public exposure to toxic chemicals. Since then, it has largely been hailed as a failure for two reasons. First, TSCA has been unable to effectively compel producers to test and disclose adequate information on chemical toxicity. Second, it has been ineffective at designating sufficient resources to the EPA to identify and reduce the possible health and environmental risks associated with new chemicals. Nonetheless, it has been devoid of major revisions since its implementation. In the nearly 40 years of congressional inaction on this issue, many states have intervened by enacting stricter chemical laws that fill in TSCA’s gaps.

Argument A woman was admitted to the Toronto refuge and analyzed as agony from insanity, a not extraordinary determination for women, and a stage past mania. The reason referred to by specialists for the persistent madness was lactation. This was one of the scores of cases referred to by Wendy Mitchinson in her history of the medicinal treatment of women in Victorian Canada. The cases, consolidated with the restorative writing of the period, mirror the general public's distractions, both among the all-inclusive community and the therapeutic calling. Most importantly, they show in sharp detail the general public's view of women. For most therapeutic specialists, the male body was taken to be the standard; women were other. Specialists were
There are many high schools that elementary eighth-grade students apply to, and hope that they get accepted to one of the high schools that they applied to. However, I have chosen Taft as my high school. Taft high school is “located in the Norwood Park neighborhood on the northwest side of Chicago, Illinois” (en.wikipedia.org) , I have been a student at Taft high school for three years (I’m a Junior) but I still have one year to go before I graduate from Taft high school. International Baccalaureate World Schools share a common philosophy—a commitment to improving the teaching and learning of a diverse and inclusive community of students by delivering a challenging and high-quality program of international education” (www.tafths.org). Taft high school has proven it’s an IB school and a wall-to-wall International Baccalaureate high school. Since the past three years, Mark Grishaber the principal of Taft high

There was a category 4 hurricane that hit towns such as Houston and Rockport Texas on friday of August 25, which went on through september 3, 2017. This is one of the worst hurricanes since 2005. This hurricane really affected people on the saturday. On the southwest of Houston a man named Jamie Ellie said he was watching a movie about 1:00am, when a tornado swept through and the doors flew open, he had to take refuge with his family in a bedroom closet. In some towns such as Houston rainfall was estimated to be about 50-60 inches, which is enough to cover signs on the road.
