So if it was not for the gross over the top negligence of the staff who are required to do their job, Christopher Lopez would still be alive today.

A couple years ago, a military man named James Foley was kidnapped by the Islamic State. The kidnappers contacted the family of James Foley asking for the release of muslim prisoners or an unattainable amount of money from the Foley family; more than 120 million dollars. James was treated very badly and, even tortured at times; even after large sums of money were given to the captors. Two months later, James Foley was dead by his captors’ hands. This event caused America’s deeper military involvement in Syria’s civil war. James Foley’s death was a shock to many and is still remembered to this day.
