Managers/Directors: Managers influence on this organisations as they have an important role in Apple and RSPCA as they have to make sure the business is running smoothly and generating profit or meeting standards of quality. Managers/Directors make the main important decisions and also they make sure shareholders and owners including employees agree with their decisions. Managers/Directors have several responsibilities in both of these organisations as they have to supervise and ensure each employee is working to their best. They also make sure customers are satisfied with products/services being offered and handle major complaints and solve them. The interest which Managers/Directors have in these businesses is promotions, pay, recognition
