The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) helps develop all the work structure and responsibility structures of a project. There were different issues and inputs during the first meeting between the members. They were considering hiring some qualified referees in the playground to minimize the uneven decisions. They were also discussing about contacting local colleges to find an appropriate field and the entry fees of the players. There was confusion about rewards of the players, they have decided to contact with local corporate sponsors and collect fund. They have decided hiring an artist who will design the unique T-Shirts & Sweatshirts for the players. The WBS will be helpful for Nicolette about how to responsibly distribute, cost estimation, scheduling and resource allocation on the project. This information may also be used in future tournaments. Overall, the WBS will provide a detailed picture on the project and will help create a structure for the activities that needs to be planned and managed.

Initially I started the EBP project dissemination when shared it with another ER nurses in our work unit, prior to a formal presentation during our monthly unit meeting. The meeting is focused on to display the objectives of the project, recognize the population to serve and the opportunity to improve the actual care those specific patients. At the same time, I can outline the type of intervention and how the outcomes will be measured. I believe this is a great moment to improve details that could require more attention and better planification, after receive the feedback of my unit nurses, clinical supervisor and unit Director.
