Blame is to put someone else at fault for something he or she did. In life people resort to blame, because it’s easier on the person who’s at fault to relieve some of that fault on another person. Blame plays a factor in Romeo and Juliet when both Tybalt and Mercutio were fighting and they both ended up dying and the Prince ends up putting the blame of their deaths on Romeo to make sure both sides come to a stand point. Who do you think should be blamed for all the trouble in Romeo and Juliet?  I believe most people would blame Friar because he married Romeo and Juliet together.  Also he gave Juliet the potion to die for 24 hours, then come back to life.  Romeo may also be to blame  because just because you don't get something you want doesn't mean you kill yourself.  But me, I blame Juliet of all the trouble.  It was her choice to marry Romeo, also she wanted to take the potion without hesitation and without knowing background about the potion.  Love is a strong thing many people would go to very strong measures to be with someone special.

In addition to that, had he been less naive, Romeo would not have been exiled to Mantua, and Juliet’s elaborate plan would not have been put to use. Blame is the action of placing fault on someone else’s shoulders in order to take responsibility off of ours. People resort to blame because they do not want to own up to the responsibility and the consequences following the fault. The quote,”We live in a culture of blame. Blame comes into play during Romeo and Juliet, because the fault of the couple’s death rests on the shoulders of King Capulet and Friar Laurence.

Romeo and Juliet was a Shakespearean tragedy, but who or what is to blame for this tragedy of Romeo and Juliet? Many things could be blamed, it could have been Romeos rashness in their relationship which caused their fate to be one of death, and it could have been the secrecy from their families that caused everything. There are many different things it could have been and many different people that could have caused the tragedy. One thing that shows very clearly to be the cause of the tragedy is fear. Fear is the reason that the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet occurred.

Blame is to find fault with or to hold responsible. Habitually, people resort to holding responsibilities over others in order to eliminate the blame off of themselves. With a conclusion as tragic as the one in Shakespeare’s famous play, Romeo and Juliet, the factors to blame for their death are countless, but the most remarkable factors to blame for the young couple’s deaths are the Capulet family and Romeo and Juliet themselves. In a way, Romeo and Juliet are to blame for their own death.

In Elizebethan London, the world was dictated by fate, from the things the people did, to the choices the people made. And while this is marginally represented in Shakesphere’s Romeo and Juliet, there is still a rash character who acts as a guide to lead Romeo and Juliet to their graves. Friar Lawrence is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet through rushing in to action and rash judgments.

As the sun slowly sets over the Capulet-Montague feud, the underlying reasons for a tragedy so harsh are finally being revealed. The nurse, who had the utmost love for Juliet, walked to a lonely home, while Paris’ page and Balthasar (Romeo’s servant) did the same thing. Even though we grieve for them and others, we must be cognizant to the fact that all three had a chance to prevent this misfortune from happening. The idea of ordering people to do things as we wish have questioned our morality as humans, and it is now a hidden reason for the three deaths. The nurse was tested through this tragedy because of her role as a messenger to Juliet, but she was also serving to the Lord and Lady Capulet which made her a player on both sides.
