After reviewing the websites for the companies Ron Jon Surf Shop and Hilo Hattie, I have found a few of their similarities and differences. I am familiar with Ron Jon and very unfamiliar with Hilo Hattie. After viewing Hilo Hattie, I noticed that both websites offer clothing to men, women, and children in the tropical and beach themes. Both websites offer way of free advertising through the easy access to social media. Both incorporated more than just clothing to keep expand their companies. In terms of internal factors, the overall assessment of the firm’s internal environment begins with a focus on the company strengths and weaknesses. It is differentiated from its family brands such as Between and Old Marine, as it gives an upscale image compared to the other two brands, and targets young professional population aged mid twenties to mid thirties both men and women. It provides mid-scale work-to-play casual and business apparel, accessories, and shoes through about 500 stores including factory stores in the United States. It is also gaining market share in Asia, South America, and Europe as well. In this marketing proposal, I would like to discuss three service options to retain and acquire customers.

She declared very angrily! After that, she said, " if you don’t stop I'm taking my ring and leaving."

The American culture in the late nineteenth century to the twentieth century was a time period where Americans were establishing standards on ways to act and live in America. These standards combined the idea of happiness with socially acceptable behavior. Over time the American Dream became more defined, where the white picket house family was the ideal goal for any American. This traditional mindset would pave the way for the creators of Coney Island and Disneyland to create a place where Americans could escape these social constructs to have fun.
At first glance, Anthony Hecht's "Dover Bitch" is not only funnier than Matthew Arnold's "Dover Beach", but also describes a more "liberated" relationship; the poem is as free from what some would consider stuffy Victorian morals as it is from references to Sophocles. His money gave him the power to choose the woman he wanted, and his power was the fuel for his dominance.

To find out the influence of stakeholders on the company I applied Power/Interest to the company and finally analysis of strengths,weaknesses ,opportunities and threats to the company(SWOT Analysis-Appendix 7) provide with clear idea about the strategic position of M&S.

Currently Superdry have seen a huge increase in growth since they were listed on the stock exchange in 2010. Sales have increased by 329%, profit before tax has increased by 173% and amongst other increases they have seen a massive surge in e-commerce net revenue growing exponentially by 1586% (Supergroup, 2016). In a SWOT analysis carried out by Marketline (2016), they highlight how successful the company’s strengths and opportunities are with their multi-channel business, strong financial performance and global penetration all leading them in the right direction. In addition to the continued performance success Superdry have three principle goals set in place. Firstly, they want to build a lifestyle brand, secondly, drive awareness and breadth of the Superdry range, and thirdly, build a broader cross channel relationship with their customers (SuperGroup, 2016). It’s these three goals that will be used to formulate this essays future recommendations for the company, aiming to help keep the business moving in the same direction as it already is, increase its competitive advantage, and build on its solid brand platform by assessing the potential of entering into a new market.
