This was particularly evident in the 1995 case of Mallard. In this case Andrew Mallard was convicted for the 1994 murder of Mrs Laurence, a jewellery shop owner in Perth. Mallard is now considered innocent of the murder; however this innocence was only obtained through two appeals. In the second appeal of Mallards, forensic evidence was put forward, but it is alleged that it had not been properly disclosed to the legal team of Mr Mallard when the trial commenced. Thus one of the

First of all Aisha should ask Stevie Kitlingers parents if they would be kind enough to show proof that his service dog has been certified. By doing this she can show the principal so he can understand that he has made a terrible mistake. By preventing the service dog to be with Stevie is putting his life in danger. Aisha should not accept the schools policy and do nothing. Like stated in the NAEYC principle P-3B1 says, “We shall all follow all programs policies. When we do not agree with program policies, we shall attempt to effect change through constructive action within the organization.” Aisha has all the right to speak up. She should not technically defy the schools policy but she should be able to talk to someone of higher management
The case of Malcolm Fairley all began when a succession of home invasions, which subsequently lead to exceedingly violent sexual assaults, transpired in the southern most region of England in May of 1984. The disguised burglar at the time, threatened his victims with a shot gun that had been requisitioned during the commission of a preceding robbery (Owen, 2009). Sporting a hooded mask, the left-handed intruder spoke in a Northern-English accent, which was attested to by his victims. Although an enormous police hunt ensued, he evaded capture for months. Mr. Riddle can best be described as a passionate genius who's best work comes from solitude. Now it has been some time since I have seen Mr. Riddle, however from what I do remember he was a creative out-of-the box thinker whom studied various liberal arts courses. He applied his learning to the field of business. He never had an issue turning in poor quality work. In fact he once wrote a term paper that was by far the best I had ever read; even I learned from it. Mr. Riddle's talents did not just apply to his writing, he was also mathematically gifted especially in the field
