If all someone does is goof around and not follow directions then they have a low credibility. If you can trust someone and they don’t goof around then they have a high credibility. Ryan Braun had a high credibility when he was in high school, college, and even his early years in the Major Leagues. That was changed forever when he decided to use PEDs.
