On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.

I asked S01-Tran to step outside and he murmured to himself before complying. S01-Tran said, “All you cops are racist, you guys always misspell my name when you come here!” I asked him how many times have the cops have been called to this house, but he did not reply.
S01-Tran then said that he was a lieutenant with another police agency and ordered us to go away. I told him if we did not investigate what was going on, we would be liable if anything were to happen. I continued to interview S01-Tran and found out that he was lying. S01-Tran was actually a machinist who made miniature toy cars for Hasbro. I told S01-Tran that I would be lenient with him if he stopped lying and told me the truth about what happened inside the house.
S01-Tran said his girlfriend, V01-Ly, went to the liquor store buying miscellaneous items before she came home. S01-Tran said he was angry that she was wasting money when they had a mountainous amount of
Back on October 3, 1974 at approximately 10:45pm two Memphis police officers were on patrol and received a complaint from dispatch to respond to a burglary in progress (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). Officers Leslie Wright and Elton Hymon took the call and responded to the location in question (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). After arriving, a neighbor told the two officers she heard glass breaking next door and “they” were breaking into the home (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). While officer Wright radioed back to dispatch the situation, officer Hymon proceeded to the backyard of the home (Tennessee v. Garner, 1986). Hymon then heard a door slam and seen a person running across the lawn towards a chain link fence, later identified as Edward Garner
CW went to 1261 Everton Dr, Apt 9 Akron, OH 44307 because they were called out by Akron Police Department (APD) for allegations of abuse towards 2 children. CW Jonathon Henry and CW Sonya Cole pulled up to the apartment complex and observed that there were over 15 people sitting outside. Both CW could tell that this was the correct address because there were 3 police cars that were sitting outside. As the CW's were walking towards the apartment complex an APD officer asked if the two workers were from CSB. CW Cold responded that they were. The officer then told CW's that there were not 2 children, however, there was 3. The officer stated that there was one child in the bedroom sleeping that they did not know was in the home. CW's were also told by the officer that Mr. Brian Burrell (AP) was in the home and that he was very agitated. The officer told the CW that they had called him down, however, suspected that he would get upset after entering the home. The officer also said that he already knew that the kids were in the custody of CSB and that he would most likely not be happy that the two CW's were at the home. The officer the led both the CW upstairs to apartment 9.

At approximately 16:43 hours I arrived in the area of 120th Ave and Oliver Road. Once I turned east I saw a blue truck parked in the roadway. As I approached the vehicle I noticed three people sitting the guardrail to the railroad crossing arm. I approached the three and asked them to step away from the tracks and towards me. The three did so without hesitation. A male, who I know from previous encounters as Richard Wayne Hamilton, asked why the Sheriff's Office was called when they weren't doing anything wrong. I explained to Richard that his vehicle was blocking the lane of travel and when I approached they were trespassing on railroad property. Richard stated he was not trespassing as the group had been given permission by BNSF Police given that they were not parked on the tracks and were clear of the tracks as trains were traveling through the area. I told Richard I would contact BNSF Police and verify this information.

This summer I had the opportunity to enroll in a practicum with the Calgary Police Service. One call in particular involved a domestic dispute over child custody, and the officer and I were the first to arrive on the scene. We approached the residence and herd shouting from the front door. At this point it is apparent the conflict between the parties has been ongoing for some time. The officer and I called for an additional patrol vehicle, and once they arrived we entered the residence. Upon entering the residence there was a male and two females, the one female and male are a couple, who will use the name Bob and Jane, and the other female was the mother of the child who will use the name

Kathleen showed me the video of two black males leaving Sekina's apartment around 0158 hours the morning of Tuesday, September 1, 2015. When I confronted Sekina about it she said they were her brothers and that she had taken them home to St. Paul between 0200 hours and 1000 hours. Sekina would not allow me into her apartment and it took her several minutes to open the door. I told her it was against the rules to have any males in the property that weren't on file and regardless no males are allowed between 2300 hours and 0500 hours. Sekina apologized and said she would get them on file. Kathleen said Sekina would receive a write up because she knows the
On 4/12/17 at approximately 16:08 Hrs.; I, Ofc R. Marrero #26, of the Okeechobee City Police Department, was dispatched to 1101 SW 10th Dr. in reference to a suspicious incident. Upon my arrival, I met with Kevin Prevatt and he informed me that at around 15:50 Hrs. a white male approached his house and attempted to convince him to change his windshield and that his insurance would pay for it.
I loaded up Ms. Birdwell, Ms. Fortune, and the little boy in my patrol car and took him to the apartments on SE 11th. There was also a little black dog with the boy that went with us. He stayed with the little boy so I assumed the dog lived with him. As soon as we arrived the little black dog made a straight line to the apartment. I noticed that the front door to Ms. Bruse’s apartment was wide open. It was open at least 3 to 4 feet.
