Especially, the human resources management in telecommunication companies such as UNITEL should be concerned that the culture has to be improved as the market is developing and changing. Thus, this report will illustrate the role of played by human resources management in UNITEL. Also, to succeed in the future, human resources management practices will also be needed to increase organizational-specific knowledge and skills that are related to organizations’ goals. Thus, this report will illustrate how the organizational-specific knowledge and skills are created, and also explain the strategic approach to HRM. Furthermore, to make human resources activities more strategical, human resources management also should have reform of human resources functions.
