Especially, the human resources management in telecommunication companies such as UNITEL should be concerned that the culture has to be improved as the market is developing and changing. Thus, this report will illustrate the role of played by human resources management in UNITEL. Also, to succeed in the future, human resources management practices will also be needed to increase organizational-specific knowledge and skills that are related to organizations’ goals.
