Romeo and Juliet have a love for each other, unlike any other love story. They sacrifice plenty of things for eachother. Even if it’s from hiding things that could get them killed to actually dying for eachother. There is nothing that can compare to the love Romeo and Juliet have for eachother. Ultimately, because Romeo and Juliet and willing to make sacrifices for one another, their love does qualify as true love. In Romeo and Juliet, by William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet are always there for eachother, and sacrificing things. In this essay, you will learn about now Romeo and Juliet love is real, and not just lust. They go places, lose their lives, sacrifice things, and more for each other. The first reason that shows Romeo and Juliet are actually in love, is that Romeo is to risk his life to sneak into the Capulet orchard even though, he could get killed if caught. Before this, Prince Escalus banishes Romeo and he ends up in Mantua. Romeo is breaking the law by coming back into town and seeing Juliet. Not only is he banished and not allowed back into town, but he isn’t allowed to see Juliet anymore. A piece of evidence to show how Romeo did this for Juliet and that their love is real is, “Well Juliet, I will lie with thee tonight. Let’s see for means. O mischief, thou art swift to enter in the thoughts of desperate men!”(5.1, 36-38). This piece of evidence is showing how Romeo came back to Juliet, no matter the consequences.
