This document is a safety document address to Anderson Automotive Repair Shop chief Operating Officer. It addresses the need for safety management and provide recommendation for safety measures as a result of safety citation received from OSHA, after the agency conduct a safety inspection at our facility. As a company, we maintained that, our primary obligation is to promote safety management within our company that has the potentials to protect our employees. Our goal is to protect our employees from hazardous conditions and a safe work environment. We also strive to promote and enhance safety communication between employees and senior management so the employees understand that they are part of the process. Anderson Automotive Repair Shop believes that employee’s inputs requires greater safety cooperation between supervisors and management. This process often help our environmental health and safety (EHS) team to properly address potential health and safety concerns so that corrective action are taken if warranted.
As a company part of our safety obligation is to implement safety requirements and standards as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of the 1970s.
