Hi I’m Tyron Samaroo. I am 19 years old and a freshman currently majoring in electrical engineering at City College. I’m not really sure that I want to major electrical engineering but I have had some experience of it in high school so why not. Another reason is that it basically makes a lot of money. What I have a passion for is bodybuilding. I spend almost every single day at the gym except Sunday. Sunday is the only day I do not go because I go to church. The gym is my drug which I am currently addicted to. I love listening to music whiles I workout but not really into what music really is.

Advertisements, they grab your attention and keep it. Of course, they are made for the working class who can spend their money to buy the product however, children can also be targeted by ads. According to the online news company Cracked the average American child watches 16,000 ads every year on TV alone, and in the U.S “children spend $30 billion annually and they directly influence an additional $250 billion in family spending.” The scary part is the advertisement industry is self-regulating and there are barely any restrictions! The Tabaco companies are in a massive industry worldwide and you can find Cigarette ads all around you. If you look closer next time you’re at a gas station or a quick-stop store, you’ll see an ad for cigarettes.

There are things like FitBit that monitors heartrate and activity. TabSafe is a medication management system that reminds, dispenses, alerts and posts information on compliance to your doctor without making a phone call. “TV Ears” helps people with hearing loss hear the television clearly without turning up the volume. “Smart refrigerator” can detect your food is getting old or if you’re out of a frequently used item, show you the weather and incoming calls eliminating the need to run to the phone unnecessarily. These types of technology products help make independent living for the older generation easier and safer.

The tomb of Christ is inside the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. There are some intricate decorations, beautiful paintings and mosaics decorate on the ceilings, just about every surface of the church. The ceilings of the Roman Catholic section, inside the Church of the Holy Sepulcher are very well appreciated. The Stabat Mater is a small altar marking the location of the Crucifixion. Megh Patel is a sixteen year old Canadian. He was born on June 25th, 2001, in Montreal, Ontario. Shortly after his birth, his parents moved to Toronto, Ontario for work, hence he had to move their with them. He studied up until grade 6 in Toronto, and then moved to Brampton, Ontario, where he currently lives. He is of Indian descent, and a follower of the Hindu religion.

Over the course of the previous and current semester I have had the opportunity to experiment with investing on a level that I have never been able to before. Using Stock Trak, I was able to try out various methods of investing that I normally would not have had the chance to do. Using the $500,000 dollars that Stock Trak starts you off with, I had the opportunity to invest in options, futures, high end mutual funds, and bonds. I have learned a bit through this experience that will benefit me for the rest of my life. Although it was not a perfect experience; and there was more I wish I would have gained, there is no doubt that I will benefit from this experience. For the rest of this paper, I will be discussing how I used Stock Trak, the things I would have changed, what I learned, and how I plan to apply this experience to the rest of my life.

For Dharma I chose the symbol of a cow and a person with a peace sign on top. Because the cows give their milk for us to use so the indians decided to not kill them. For Detties I chose the gods and showed what each of them might do to an apple. Brahma will create the apple, Vishnu will preserve the apple, and Shiva will destroy the apple. I chose a big circle with little circles connected because it shows that Brahman has supreme power. Every one has to follow Brahman’s rules. As you can see I chose different symbols for different beliefs of Hinduism.
