Introduction We need to be mindful of the fact that the program that I run, which is having issues internationally, is also program that has the least experienced personnel in the company. I want to change that mindset and provide a program that will insure you are just as competent in your dealings internationally as one of our new employees. I am sure that during the process of becoming more familiar with your German counter parts, the concept of co-determination was noticed. Co-determination is when a board is created by a selection of management and a selection of workers. This board creates the ideals that employees can make a difference and they are equal to management in the fact that their ideas matter (Meyerson, 2015). This concept is foreign to America’s ideals of management having more power than the workers do.
