Keeping in mind the end goal to create my Campus Improvement Planning Team, I would abide by Sec.11.215 which says that campus-level planning and decision-making committees should include a professional staff of the district, parents of students enrolled in the district, business representatives, and community members. With this in mind, I would choose to select the head of each department being as how these are the leaders of each department thus I need their expertise to understand the needs of each department also to promulgate all essential information. Moreover, I intend to beseech that teachers of varying years of experience volunteer to serve on the committee so that the committee can have the perspective of the view of those varying
Richards adopts a teleological-parochialism position 1 to justify that his actions are ethical, 2 even though they are illegal (Baugher & Weisbord, 2009). 3 Richards argues that his actions are ethical as they resulted in desirable consequences, in the form of better sales/performance figures, which met analyst forecasts and positively affected shareholder value (Radtke, 2004; Fernando, Dharmage, & Almeida, 2008). 4 He acted in the interests of his ‘in-group’ (other executives/managers), maximising their performance-based compensation, 5 at the expense of others (Barnett, Bass, & Brown, 1994). 6 Richards also claims that his actions were not serious, as recognising revenues
Many of the problems that Carl has found concerning the new employee orientation could have been avoided. Carl is a recently hired employee himself. He should have kept up with the progress of the new employee orientation and checked on the files for the applicants. ABC, Inc. should also have made sure that their new employee was capable of doing his job efficiently. If Carl had stayed on top of his project, the problems that he faced would not have occurred.
I would like to request a waiver in accordance with Department Order 602 for COII applicant Mark Ansbro, 155-84-1818. Mr. Ansbro is waiver eligible because he had a misdemeanor DUI in March 2014 and sentencing and sanctions were completed more than a year ago, with the exception of ignition interlock and paying fines. On 12-17-15 he had his ignition interlock removed and paid the remaining balance of fine in 1-27-16. All other sanctions were completed over a year ago. Everything else in his background meets standards.
Daniel will be diagnosed with the DSM-V category anxiety disorders. “Anxiety disorders share features of excessive fear and anxiety and related behavioral disturbances” (American Psychoanalytic Association, 2013). Daniel is diagnosed with general anxiety disorder (GAD). The DSM-V outlines the following features for Daniels illness:
1. Develop a detailed selection plan for the position of a department manager to determine the most important KSAOs for this position.
Our clients, Rita Mae Carpenter and Thomas F. Spencer, are seeking to bring a wrongful death cause of action against Dr. Richard Hapman (Hapman), an Atlanta psychiatrist, for his failure to warn their decedents, Carpenter’s brother and sister-in-law and Spencer’s wife, about the threat presented by his foreseeably dangerous outpatient Bradley Mitchell (Mitchell). Mitchell began treatment with Hapman in September 2010 (their conversations then became privileged). Mitchell was obsessed with the five members of the Beta-Beta-Beta (Tri-Beta),
The case study focuses on an employee, Paul Keller, who is being affected by a number of factors. His job performance is hindered by constraints such as his work environment, his home environment, stressors, mood, and the management style of his superior. The case study demonstrates how his job performance is affected and what the consequences could be as a result of his poor job performance and lack of concentration.
If selected, I will be glad to be a member of the education, transportation and finance committees. These committees touch on different aspects in the economy ranging from the
I have always known that I wanted to make a difference in society by becoming a teacher, due to my love of children and helping people understand various topics. I have worked with children by babysitting, instructing karate, leading children’s Sunday school, and working at a summer camp. By doing these activities I have established bonds with diverse groups of children, but at the same time, I kept a professional and respectable boundary. I have successfully worked inside a planning department alongside people of all ages and personalities in planning activities and lessons for kids.
I was chosen to sit on the committee due to my many years of service in the education system. I bring 15 years of experience as an educator, coach, mentor and supervisor. This experience in the k-12 setting has allowed me to work with hundreds of teachers and administrators. During my tenor with the school district I have been asked to sit on dozens of committees, from curriculum, book adoption, finance, to diversity just to name a few. I hold two masters degrees in education; which has afforded me the knowledge and wherewithal to prefect my craft.
1 I would definitely describe Greg Mortenson as an “Authentic Leader”. In our text authentic leadership is described as a type of leadership that can be nurtured, and develops over a lifetime, can be triggered by major life events, and that a leader’s behavior is grounded in strong ethics. The definition continues on to say that there are four authentic leadership components: Self-awareness, Internalized moral perspective, meaning knows the right thing to do and is driven by ethics and fairness, balanced processing, meaning they are fair minded and open to others, and they possess relational transparency, meaning they are honest and
I believe that education is the key in developing today’s students into tomorrow’s leaders. Education is the basis on which individuals develop their self-concept and the desire to become more knowledgeable. I want to become an educator because I am interested in helping elementary students become active learners and also to assist with their social skills. I believe I can make a difference to many students as they start their educational foundation. I feel that all teachers should possess the desire to devote their hard work and efforts to their students’ educational success. I view teaching as not only one of the most respected careers, but also as one in which the rewards are great and many
As I read your case, I thought it would be best to use sections 34, 35, 36, and 37 of the Canadian criminal code to apply to your case, legal position, and aquittal. These sections will help you defend yourself in court and possibly lower your sentence if needed. I have gone over each section to determine how they apply to you.
An advisory committee will be formed consisting of no more than an 8 member sample of the major stakeholders group, parents of currently enrolled high school students, contributors from the local community, and administration from the school district. The following is a breakdown of the members and the roles they will play in the committee:
Each year the school’s mission and goals needs to revisit and a plan of action needs to be executed in order to effectively manage and improve educational programs. When asked about new teachers and veteran teachers, the principal expressed that she is very supportive of mentoring new and veteran teachers. I think each new
