Did you know that Gandhi was nominated for five Nobel Peace prizes and didn’t win one? Even for how heroic he was, he didn't win any Nobel Peace prizes. There are heroes everywhere, but they don’t receive recognition. Heroes are just ordinary people. As long as they are brave, caring, and a leader heroes don't need to be observed because they know there are heroes inside.Heroes are brave, not uncaring, and leaders.One hero that I read about was the Springboard book his name is Segers. He wiped out his leg in Afghanistan fighting for his country that makes him a leader. For instance, he is a leader because “ He plans to return to culinary arts school this fall & [he is ] about to move into an apartment in the Bothell Area.”(Fiege 67).Again, here is another piece of evidence about the same man. To illustrate Segers is a hero “ Segers said I didn't do anything do anything special, but of the progress, I have made motivates another wounded veteran to keep going, then that’s great!” (Fiege 68).Therefore heroes are the leader they are also caring. …show more content…

For example, a hero is caring “While fighting for his country, he lost an arm.”(Cassin 65). In addition, this hero is caring because, “Most of the time when people see [his] leg, they think [he has] been in a car accident or something. But sometimes an old veteran will stop [him] and [acknowledge] [him]for [his] service. Both heroes are caring for their country by sacrificing a limb for making sure their country is a safer place.Both heroes are not selfish or full of hate they both care about someone else than
