This means attending all team meetings, meeting all deadlines set by the team, and being an active contributor at every level to the team effort. Students who fail to contribute equally to the team effort can receive a different lower grade than other team members, and in extreme cases, be removed from the team, making it very difficult to pass the class. Supporting your team members should be your first priority - you are in this together, and everyone must do their fair share for the team to succeed. 2.) Research: The final paper and presentation goes beyond any of the individual issues seen with employees and managers over the last few weeks. Your research should be strategic in nature, looking at the size of current and potential markets, competition, legislation regulation, changes in technology - whatever you think is most important on a strategic level to help this company stay on track and move to the next level. 3.) Team Video Analysis Reports and the Final Project: The team video analysis reports are for your education, that is, to help you stay up to speed with the information presented in the course. The analysis reports cannot be recycled into the final project. Start the final project with a clean sheet of paper, using the analysis reports only for general reference. 4.) Formatting: Your team paper must support your PowerPoint presentation. Present your findings in a concise paper (2,000-2,500 words

You are encouraged to creatively address the material by including graphics, visuals, charts, graphs, and/or sound. Slides should be designed to clearly and concisely address the material. The PowerPoint presentation must be formatted according to APA style (i.e., include the title and reference slides and citations within each slide when appropriate.) The notes section of the PowerPoint must be utilized to expand on your presented points. The notes section should also include any additional information necessary to explain or show your point of view. You must also use at least two scholarly sources in addition to the course text and include at least four community resources (with websites included).
Prepare a 10-minute (8-10 slides; no larger than 5 MB) PowerPoint presentation related to the problem, evidence appraisal, and practice implications.
This meant being an active and supportive member. I consistently communicated to my team members about upcoming deadlines or if I noticed any improvements that could be done. Because I am a very supporting and caring person, I wanted to provide my team member with help. I made sure to respond to them as soon as possible whenever they contacted the group chat. For example, one of my team members asked a question about stasis. Although I wasn’t sure about the answer, I was able to guide him to the ELMS module that discussed stasis in order for them to find an answer. In addition, I provided support for one of my team members who recently suffered an injury. I found out the day before we were scheduled to present. Although my other team members didn’t really take his injury into much consideration, I did. I made sure he was okay and able to present the next day. Although, he said that he was going to be fine, I problem-solved by thinking of solutions if he wasn’t going to be able to present. Overall, I was an active member and provided support for my team members to ensure that our work gets
When you are in a great team the team works together and communicates to get the job assigned done. That is not the case with all teams many times I have personally been on a team with people who do not want to work on anything but want an A, which lead me to do all of the workload that is meant to be shared simply because I do not want a failing grade because my team members are not contributing, that would cause me to leave or quit a job.
I am a senior at my school and will soon leave for college. My parents have decided to expand their housing ownership to the college district that I will be going to and I will be the one responsible for their new property. As you can imagine I know next to nothing about owning and maintaining a house and, after looking some things up, I realized that I also know very little about how to go about things in the real world. I started this project for myself so I wouldn’t mess up something important for them, but quickly realized that it would make a great senior project. I already know the basics of how to take care of both myself and a house but I realize that I will need more detailed information when I graduate. The main area for my project is English as I will be producing a finished manuscript on the subject of living alone for the first time.
The final recommendation I would make is to have CanGo go through some communication changes. They need to make a clear communications path between everyone. If someone is overwhelmed or confused, they need to be able to ask questions. If they are going to take on a new project, make sure it is discussed. So you can find out all aspects, such as challenges, risks, etc.
Create a 5-6 minute presentation using PowerPoint visuals. Make sure your PowerPoint follows the guidelines discussed in class. The purpose of the presentation should be to inform the audience. Your presentation should reflect a topic, theme, or issue relevant to your major. For ideas of topics, you may consider looking at issues of Crains’ Chicago, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, cnn.com, The Huffington Post, NPR.org, Slate, Wired, or industry-specific papers/journals in your area of study.
Welcome to my senior project portfolio. I was to learn about natural horsemanship skills and horse care by Mary Tyler, a volunteer coordinator at Sunrise Horse Rescue, who has dedicated about 11 years of her life to working with horses. It was easy asking Mary to be my mentor because I had volunteered at this rescue twice throughout high school. She would be mentoring me through the “Horsemanship and horse care world” accompanied by the horses that were sanctioned at Sunrise. Mary, having had plenty of horse work experience, took me under her wing and promised to show me as much basic knowledge that I needed to make this project successful.
I completed my senior project at the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA). Through the course of the project I learned about the engineering division’s responsibilities within RTA and received the full picture of how a large construction project is built from beginning to end. I greatly benefited from this experience as it has increased my interest in the engineering field.

In every high school, there is one main project senior year that has a dramatic effect on your grade. It was my Senior Research Project and it counted for about 20% of my grade. This research project relies heavily on technology not only for the information, but the overall presentation. The final product was supposed to be around 10 pages of writing and a 20 page PowerPoint presentation. I also had a video to show the class and a lot of my notes were on the computer in which I would base my presentation topic points on. It is a pretty big event where the parents show up as well as multiple teachers and classmates. The night of the event, I sat through a couple of my friends’ presentations and afterward headed over to my assigned classroom
I chose my Senior Project on Animation. Animation for those who don't know is making drawings come to life in film and screen. As an Animator, I will use computers, pencils and paper among other beings, to create movies and TV shows .
Going into senior year, I knew the famous senior project would have to be done. At first, dread came over me, but as I thought of what I wanted to do I became excited. When I finally figured out a topic that could become a job, could be challenging, and could be interesting, I was ready to start.

A number of elements go in the poster. The title is a very important piece of information; it should be worded carefully. It draws interest, is simple and concise. The presenters name and institutional affiliation are included. The first section of the poster is the background or introduction. It adjusts the reader to the research topic and it should be written to bring the reader up to date. The research question is stated in simple language that will help one relate to the issue. The next section is the method section. Details of the method are not mentioned. After the method, one progresses directly into the results section. The results section usually contains statistics of the research findings. It uses graphs and figures to tell the story. Phrases should be bulleted and simple. This section does not explain “why”. The discussion focusses on how important the research results are and what they all mean. It may be necessary to restate the research question or hypotheses and
