I do not quite agree with this statement.
Sport by definition is a form of activity whith improving a person, also through competition. In principle, every sport carries the risk of injury.
If a person decides voluntarily to engage in dangerous sport, then I respect that decision, definitly.
To prohibit sport, regardless of whether it is more or less dangerous, I consider violating constitutional human rights.
I think the law should reform dangerous sports, for example by banning doping substances or showing discipline to

Dating back to the B.C, small sports were created for people to have some sort of entertainment and a way to avoid the problems people were facing. These sports were then put into the greek olympics where people competed in different categories and their goals were to amuse the audience and showcase their skills. This is what inspired the concept of sports and since then sports have become one of the most talked about topics and continues to be used for strength and amusement. Doing sports was a way to face fears and overcome difficulties. In fact, sports were what got people through the most difficult times each country has battled. The whole purpose of a sport was to serve as a distraction from reality, but times have changed. Sports have developed into a major justification for the amount of people getting diagnosed with a mental disease. Sports take away the time and energy an average person needs to live healthy and happy. The newer generations don’t realize how sports can have a large effect on a person.
Sport is defined as any competitive, physical activity that is guided through established rules. However, not all individuals would say it is the definition of sport, as there are many ways to define sports depending on the individual. So what is truly sport in the eyes of viewers and fans that are spread out around the world? But, clearly everyone has their own definition of what sport means to them and how important it is to the society. Sport is seen as an irreplaceable and valuable aspect that belongs to the American people which allows benefits to occur in the society. At the same time, sport can also be harmful to the society, but, many people choose to ignore or not see it. Though many would rather see the benefits of sport, instead of the harmful side of sport, as they rather choose to support sport as a benefit to the society. But, the society should not forget that sport can bring benefits and harms to the society as a whole. To understand the benefits and harms that sports bring to society, it would be best to understand the sociological perspective of functionalism and conflict theory as it will assist in deciding the most single benefit and harm to the society.

For most athletes, they're are a form of therapy or relaxation. John Donvan also stated, “While there is an awareness of risk it is not the reason most people are involved, but rather something they accept, they are looking for something deeper and more meaningful.” What Donvan seems to be saying is that most people involved in sports know of the risks they are taking, but they continue to perform anyway, these athletes are in sports and activities to find a calming and focus state. John Donvan's statement also relates for London's claim. Rather than back off an activity because of certain risk, people choose to persist and be active to better themselves physically and

First, I think it is important to identify what a dangerous sport is. A dangerous sport is a sport that creates significant risk for the participants, which could cause serious impairments to one's ability to function normally on a day-to-day basis. Rules are in place to avoid serious injury,
We should only allow drugs that are safe and eliminate drugs that are unsafe. There is a argument for this policy based on fairness: “provided that a drug is safe, it is unfair to the honest athletes that they have to miss out on an advantage that the cheater enjoy.” (Savulescu, 2004) If drugs are legal in sport, we would develop drug to be safer for the athletes. But if drugs are illegal like how it is now, black market will be producing drug which the quality of drugs can not be assured, this leads to health risk of
Sports are very vital. They offer a lifestyle, an occupation, and even a dream. Sports require physical activity and skill in which a team or an individual compete against others for entertainment. As David G. McComb comments in "Sports in World History", "there is a high degree of training, investment, and coaching, along with spectators, rules, publicity, and institutional control that come along with these activities." While participating in sports, it is required to be able to undertake a difficult situation and perform the best out of it. Sports are definitely more than just a game.
In addition, doping in sports can be detrimental to the athletes health. Specifically, as stated in the article “ Is It Time To Allow Drugs in Sports?,” “We would be encouraging athletes to take these drugs and put their own personal health in danger” (Nolan). To explain, if we would allow athletes to take performance enhancing substances we would be putting their own health in jeopardy. Therefore, athletes taking performance enhancing substances is a major danger in which it may risk the athlete's lifestyle and well being . Additionally, according to Tannsjo article , “The Moral Case against Doping Bans”, “We often meet the argument that since doping jeopardizes the health of the athlete, it must be prohibited ”(Tannsjo). In order words, the
First, should play dangerous sports because they can get really bad injured and they can possible die from the injury? On March 24, 2015 In San Francisco a man named Chris Borland retired from sports and a year later he wanted to join sports again and then died from getting injured in the sports. Sports are a very big part of the culture in the United States. They are also a vital part of the society and the interaction of the people within the society in many other nations as well. Many activities or games are clearly recognized as a sport throughout the world. An example of this would be soccer which is world renown. However, there are other activities that do not fit so clearly into the description of a sport, like soccer does. Upon looking at a sport like soccer to define what a sport is, the defining aspects would be it is a game, with specific rules, it requires physical strength or athletic ability, it entails specific skills, it involves competition and it is entertaining. There are some activities that do not completely demonstrate all of the aspects often associated with a sport, one of these is NASCAR(National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing).. While there may be some controversy relating to whether or not this is truly a sport, I would propose that NASCAR is a sport because it is highly competitive, it involves very specific skills and it is extremely entertaining.
Prohibition of doping in competitions can protect the well-being of athletes and maintain fairness and
