Micro-Needling With Platelet Rich Plasma
Everyone wants to look their best. From the moment we're born our skin begins to age. Our collagen begins to loosen and break down, and exposure to the sun speeds the process. Acne, stretch marks, some scars and wrinkles plague more than half of the population. Smooth, unblemished skin is desirable to most people, and a micro-needling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) done by the world-renowned facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif can give you a younger, fresher look.
The Micro-Needling Fraction Procedure

A facelift or rhytidectomy requires the patient undergo surgery. This procedure work to tighten up any loose skin the patient has along with wrinkles. Once complete, the patient appears years young, and incisions are made behind the ears, under the chin or at the hairline to reduce the appearance of scars. Any excess skin is removed during the operation, and the skin of the face and neck is tightened. Remaining skin must then be smoothed before the incisions are sutured. This procedure takes up to three hours, depending on the anticipated results and the condition of the skin. Most patients find they experience minor discomfort and pain and swelling, numbness and bruising are not uncommon. The recovery period typically lasts ten days, although it can take months for the wounds
I would inform the patient that most skin burns that are small and superficial will heal within one week and will not usually scar. After a superficial partial-thickness burn, the skin may become darker or lighter in color, but will not usually scar.
Symptoms generally occur within 4-7 days after contact. Initial symptoms are burning, chronic itch or tingling. In a couple of days, pimply sores pop up on reddish skin. Later, the pimples metamorphose into agonizing blisters.
Skin repair is an important physiological process which is essential for homeostasis, restoring barrier function and preventing infection (Martin, 2009; Boateng and Catanzano, 2015). Wound healing is defined as a complex, dynamic and the specific biological process associated with the phenomena of tissue regeneration and growth (Mazumder et al., 2016). Regeneration can be defined as a tissue that significantly damaged either completely or partially removed and tissue's original function and cell types must be functional and structurally restored (Mazumder et al., 2016). The process of healing comprises a cytokine, blood cells, extracellular matrix and growth factor (Joao De Masi et al., 2016). The growth factor is a protein that activates and

As we age, we develop wrinkles and fine lines on our face due to the repetitive movements of the facial muscle. Other factors like diet, exposure to sun and smoking can also affect your skin. Laser resurfacing treatment is a good option for treating the various skin problems including scars, age spots, wrinkles, brown discoloration, some types of acne scarring and stretch marks.
Second-degree burn damage goes deeper into the layers, not only affecting the epidermis, but also damaging the upper region of the dermis (Marieb, 2006, p. 121). Blisters are caused due to the separation and fluid accumulation between the epidermis and dermis (Tortora and Grabowski, 1996, p. 136). Barring infection, regrowth of cells is possible as there are still epithelial cells present (Marieb, 2006, p. 122). An individual may consider increasing fluids to replace fluid loss due to the dehydration caused to the skin by the sunburn. Healing typically takes three to four weeks, and no special treatment is necessary. Home and over-the-counter remedies may help reduce pain. Special care is needed when using these remedies to ensure infection does not set-in on the exposed areas of blistered skin. Both first and second-degree burns are considered partial-thickness burns as only the epidermis and upper portion of the dermis are damaged.
Upon healing, the infected skin showing signs of cellulitis will begin to regenerate and the blistered areas will flake off like old skin.
Melasma laser treatment is a better alternative for those where the other remedies have proved ineffective. Melasma laser resurfacing treatment is gaining popularity as it produces dramatic results with a short healing time.
In most cases it clears quickly, but it will not do so if it is based on an unfamiliar underlying skin problem such as scabies or head
One or two days after, sores or blisters start to appear in or on the mouth and on the hands, feet and buttocks. In some cases, a skin rash’s appearance happens before the blisters do. The blisters may break open and crust over.
