I read the article, "Skipping Breakfast is Very Bad for Health". Now I do agree with the title, to some extent breakfast I feel that breakfast is very important because it allows your metabolism and appetite to stay regulated. What I do not agree with is how the author is trying to suggest that not eating breakfast will cause individuals to smoke, drink more alcohol, and not exercise. The article also speaks on things like individuals will not be educated and less likely to get a good job. All these things were based on accusations not facts. Nothing was proven or demonstrated to show that this information was true. Going off of assumptions was only implied in this article. That is just like saying that if individuals start to eat breakfast
