A normal night of sleep, a person may not feel restored and refreshed and sleepy during the day, but be totally unaware that the person is sleep deprived. A person might just think it is just the stress of work, and school or this is just normal the way you normally feel and had no idea that you should feel differently. Sleep is one of the things we need to survive, getting less hours of sleep and not sleeping well is not good for your body both physically and mentally. Every day sleep deprivation in increasing more and more, causing sleep deprivation, what the effects of sleep deprivation are, and what are the solutions to solve sleep deprivation, one can see that sleep is an important part to succeed in school and life. Between 2005 and 2007, nearly 30 percent of adults said they slept six hours or less per day, according to data from the National Health Interview Survey. That 's an hour less than the minimum amount of sleep recommended for adults. Sleep deprivation may interfere with a person school work, social life, and even driving because a person might feel tired and sleep during all this event. It is recommend that a person gets 8.5 hours of uninterrupted sleep in order to function properly.
