I am writing in support of the incrimination of my fellow classmate. On the afternoon of March 30th at 3:40 I was walking from Mr. Daron Atkins room, room 26 to my car that was parked between the new wing and cafeteria. I was in quite a hurry because I was late to The Shepherd's House but you can never pass up an opportunity to take a Snapchat in the fabulous 1st wing hallway lighting. It wasn't until later the next day when I was questioned by the officer that found the corpse that I thought to examine this very tasteful Snapchat. Upon further examination I noticed a figure dressed in all black standing at Ms. Martin’s door. At first glance, this body seemed completely disguised in all black, but this person just happened to be carrying a
Mrs. Volupide had the perfect opportunity to take out her husband when she arrived home from the party, giving evidence that her alibi was completely ruined. The tiny quarrel the married couple had could have been bigger than what the eyes could see, or what the ears could tell. I recommend that officers take careful precaution with this case. Have complete patience with Mrs. Volupide, because she is destined to crack at anytime. View the crime scene more carefully, interrogate everyone involved in this case. Justice will be
At nine AM a monday morning, John Lee was discovered dead in the CCA Lab Prep room by Professor Allan. What makes John Lees death even more surprising is that no fingerprints were found, but luckily fiber and biological evidence was found at the crime scene. Other than the fiber and the biological evidence that were found at the crime scene, the license and registration information of the vehicles that were at the CCA campus the night of the murder where determined. At the moment there were five suspects, that could have been the murders of John. These suspects include Brandy Smith, Sergio Jones, Bill Apple, Ann Smith, and Amanda Martinez. Brandy Smith alibis would be the Harkin employee that remembers seeing Brandy crying at the end of the
On 11/02/2015, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police, Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximetely 2222 hours we went to Omega Ct. to assist Sgt. Garwood since he was out on a suspicous character and another call on Omega Ct. Sgt. Garwood advised us to go to the Delta Delta Delta house at the end of the block and speak to the reporting party. I went and made contact with Julie Nolte and Dakotah Gilmore who were inside the residence. We went to a back room and closed the door.
On Tuesday, September 29, 2015, I, Officer B. McMillon, #135, of the Mansfield ISD Police Department was on assignment at Legacy High School located at 1263 N. Main in Mansfield, Texas 76063. While leaving the 2nd floor AP’s office, I observed Smith, Taylor W/F, D.O.B. 09101999 slap Wells, Sydney W/F, D.O.B 08291999 in her face and they begin to engage in a physical altercation.
Investigator Sam Reilly will also be called to testify, in that he was the first investigator on the scene. Shortly after the murder, Officer Reilly went to the defendant’s home at 2435 Damen Street, apt #2B and forced down Mr. John Hudsons’ and Dale Buckner’s door. While at the apartment, Officer Reilly Recovered a .38 revolver (matching the gun from the crime scene), a black leather jacket, and a newly registered Black Cadillac Sedan; which matched the description of the getaway car. Due to officer Reilly’s work, pertinent details of the defendant’s background and belongings have been brought to trial and will help us prove that the defendants did, beyond a reasonable doubt murder, and assist in murdering Mrs. Sara Lazar. Upon arrest, the defendant’s both refused to make a statement concerning the killing of Mrs. Lazar.

Next, I would like to discuss the retention period between Mr. Greer wanting to provide a statement to police. When police went to the apartment and seized the knife on March 1st, it was laying on the foot of the bed in the bedroom, with the only DNA on it is Mr. Greer’s blood. Mr. Greer was hospitalized and treated for four stab wounds, three lower back and one in the shoulder during that time Mr. Greer did not provide a statement and refused to identify the suspect. It wasn’t until after Mr. Greer realized his leg would be amputated because of the injuries that he decided to talk to police giving a statement. Mr. Greer was the only person who testified about what happened on that, he testified that he was preparing to inject another dose
Upon my arrival as I approached Cell 15 I noticed large amounts of blood on the floor inside the cell as well as the words "I'm sorry" smeared in blood on the back wall of the cell. Inmate Whitehead, Richard MCSO Booking Number T337608 was lying on his bed unresponsive. Moments later I entered cell 15 with Officer Shoemaker B3008 to help remove Inmate Whitehead from his cell and place him on a gurney by lifting him using the sheet from his mattress underneath him. Once he was successfully on the gurney I assisted in strapping
Merits: The respondent, Daniel Murphy, was convicted by a jury in an Oregon court of the second-degree murder of his wife. The victim died by strangulation in her home in the city of Portland, and abrasions and lacerations were found on her throat. There was no sign of a break-in or robbery. Word of the murder was sent to the estranged husband, Daniel Murphy. Upon receiving the message, Murphy promptly telephoned the Portland police and voluntarily came into Portland for questioning. Shortly after the respondent’s arrival at the station house, where he was met by retained counsel, the
While investigations were going on to determine how victims died, there was a discovery of fibers on the victims’ bodies. The goal of the investigator was to determine if any fibers in Wayne Williams home or person matched those fibers found on the victims. Williams denied killing
On November 17, 2015, at approximately 1149 hours, LFCC Student Ashby, Berry approached the information service desk and advised Ms. Cindy D’Ambro that he needed to speak to a Police or Security Officer regarding a matter. At that time I Sergeant Clyde Hilliard was in the back room of the Information Service Office making a copy. I responded out and met with Student Ashby Berry # 6783310. Mr. Ashby advised he is currently taking a class in room #207 and the Professor is Mohamad Riasati. Mr. Ashby notified Sgt. Hilliard that one of his class mates has already departed the class room and he is leaving early because he feels like the Professor is drunk and falling asleep during the class. He mentioned that several Students in the class room are talking about how hammered he is. Mr. Ashby further advised he feels like he is paying a lot of money for the class and he feels like the Professor should not be drunk.
On February 22, 2016, I was assigned this case for follow up. I was assigned a second case on February 24, 2016. The person involved in both investigations is Ms. Kassidy Pullara a fourteen year old T.C. Williams High School student. I contacted Doris L. Stanley (Guardian) and was granted access at school to interview Kassidy Pullara in school.
Recently a guy Named Ronald Lee Moore, who is now dead, had been linked to the death of a 17 girl that was strangled. Deirdre says, “ What makes more sense? That little seventeen- year old, never been in trouble with the law Adnan killed someone or that Ronald Lee Moore, rapist and murderer who got out of prison thirteen days before Hae disappeared, that he killed someone?” (Koenig, “What We Know”). It could have been that man, because he killed one girl already. What would be stopping him from killing another? When the investigators went to Leakin Park they found a few items. The condom wrapper, shell casings, rope, and liquor bottle found in the park near the burial site were never tested for DNA (Koenig, “ Leakin Park”). With the DNA evidence actually being tested, they could effortlessly tell who may have been involved or not, because you can’t just acquire another person’s DNA without them touching the object. Another point that needs to be brought to the table is that it could have been Mr. S. that found the body. He says he pulled off because he had to pee from the 22-ounce Budweiser he was drinking (Koenig, “Leakin Park”) For one, who pulls off and goes to the bathroom in a park known for burying dead bodies? In addition, it takes a pretty shady person to drink alcohol before arriving back to work. Also, what would be the chances of him walking to the
In 2012 my sister (Savneet) and I were sitting in a Greek restaurant near Surrey Central and we were a witness to a shooting and someone was murdered. The police questioned us about what we saw and I could not even remember anything. All I knew was that there was a group of males that were in the restaurant and soon as they walked out shots were fired. The police asked me if I could describe anyone and I honestly could not think of anything. I was in shock, I was young and all I was thinking was that could have been me. After reading the Cotton case and doing the assigned readings I think I did the right thing. I was not confident in who I saw and I was not willing to give false information that I was not 100% certain with. I learned from
He looks horrified as he finds me, laying there. “Look in the closet! The murder is in the closet!” No one can hear me. The murderer looks smug. He must have known I was on to him, that I was going to reveal his identity tonight with enough evidence to prove he was guilty. I hang my head, I am frustrated and sad that I cannot warn the others. Oh my gosh, my feet are not even touching the ground. Am I a ghost? I cannot believe I am dead. I had so much going for me, I am successful, athletic, good looking, intelligent. Why would anyone want me dead? While the others are meeting to discuss my murder, the killer is sneaking out of the
