Social Media Social Media has engulfed almost every aspect of our lives today. Purchasing and selling is a very crucial area that is now being controlled by the social media. Face book started as a social network site but now hosts businesses and advertisements. In my opinion, it is one of the most common and most popular. Question 1: Discuss the four (4) components of a legally astute social media marketing manager who utilizes social media outlets for consumer transactions and how each component can mitigate the risk involved in doing business in cyberspace. A social media marketing manager should be alert about the qualifications because social media is a new form of advertising. Due to this reason, the manager should be alert about any legal issues or regulations that could come up. The manager should therefore be aware about any specific tools, laws or resources. A legally sound social media manager makes it a proper duty to figure out the people who are appreciating the products and making the transactions. This trick is important in not only enhancing the business output but also helps attract the customers as well. The manager should know what his clients want and thus act accordingly.
