INTRODUCTION Internet and social media have changed the way companies promote their image. Some time ago, they tried to reach the masses using vehicles such as radio and television. Now, as people tend to stay more connected over time and to use social media to communicate with each other, there were designed many ways of marketing on them. Social media is used to define the online means of communication, collaboration, share, and cultivation between interdependent platforms (Tuten and Solomon, 2014) and social media marketing is the use of social media to induce consumers to buy or support a brand, company, website, etc (Barker et al., 2013). Today’s advertisements are much more interactive and specially designed for a targeted customer because social media provides this facility. Also, it helps companies to track customer’s age, gender, habits in a way to adapt their products and reach them more easily. Domino’s Pizza has adapted well to this new reality and designs it’s marketing campaigns specially to this kind of media. In this project, I aim to describe the effects of Domino’s Pizza Turnaround campaign in sales and brand awareness. In this campaign, a documentary video was made based on customer’s criticism to Domino’s on social media. In the video, Domino’s chefs watched the video in a way to encourage them to improve it’s recipes. Also, the campaign joined many platforms (website, Facebook, Twitter), in a way that never had been performed. METHODOLOGY For this
