Solving My People Puzzle: Phase 1 Anthony D. Whorley November 9, 2013 PACO 500: Introduction to Pastoral Counseling Instructor: Dr. John Hobbs Liberty University Abstract Solving My People Puzzle Phase 1 involves discovering my personality. This paper will bring to light how I operate through the descriptions that are provided, throughout this paper. Part of this assignment, I had to submit a survey to at least two of the people who knew me best and they had to describe me based on the questions that were on the survey. The next range is from 24 to 120 which is extremely high. Anything below 24 is extremely low stress level. This mean, that the delivery of subject matter or comfort ability conversation/discussion within a group is essentially an easy task for them. Anything right of 24 is increasing with intensity and fear of conversation in unfamiliar/familiar group discussions. I find this to be accurate because I love speaking in public and I also love interacting within a group of familiar/unfamiliar team members. I am often called upon to be the spokesperson within in my group and I really enjoy it. I feel honored being the representative of someone who may not have a voice in anything. I am comfortable in group, meetings, dyadic, and public speaking engagements and it doesn’t matter if I am in familiar or unfamiliar team members. MY RELATIONAL STYLE MY RELATIONAL STYLE 1.
