There are a lot of good qualities that describe an ESFJ person, for example, Extraverted, Sensitive, Feeling, and Judging. The feeling quality in ESFJ personality is very important in order to make decision based on emotions. People with this quality let their Group One 3 feelings play a role in which the priority is to help others. A feeler must listen to the heart to make decisions and think what is the best decision for others, regardless if they agree with it; they accept it no matter what. ENFJ's tend to be more reserved about exposing themselves than other extraverted types. Although they may have strongly-felt beliefs, they're likely to refrain from expressing them if doing so would interfere with bringing out the best in others. Because their strongest interest lies in being a catalyst of change in other people, they're likely to interact with others on their own level, in a chameleon-like manner, rather than as individuals.
The Kiersey Temperament Sorter assigned me the personality type ENFJ. The letters stand for Extrovert, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging. After my research, I have found out some broad statements about ENFJs. Scholars describe ENFJs as natural leaders. ENFJs are full of passion and charisma, naturally attracting and inspiring people. Surprisingly, ENFJ forms only around two percent of the population. Some scholars describe this two percent simply as Protagonists. Scholars typically correlate the ENFJ personality type to our world’s politicians, coaches and teachers. Most importantly, ENFJs reach out to inspire others to achieve and do good deeds in the world. ANFJ’s must see the good results they cause to feel satisfaction in their lives. With
According to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), I am an ISTJ personality this means that I am an Introvert, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging person. ISTJ are very faithful, loyal and dependable. There are some weaknesses to being an ISTJ personality we are stubborn, insensitive, and judgmental. This test is amazing it really nailed my personality.
The Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test resulted in an Introvert Intuitive Feeling Judging (INFJ) profile. Those who exhibit the INFJ profile are described as people with a strong humanitarian view of the world who possess a tendency towards idealism. In addition, the INFJs have few friends, however, those friendships are intimate. At times the INFJ will withdraw as it is necessary for them to recharge as they are susceptible to
An ENFJ’s are full of charisma and have the ability to manipulate others. I am able to believe in my dreams and others and enjoying helping others. ENFJ’s are able to see the bigger picture and able to juggle numerous responsibilities. ENFJ’s are organized and basic, and often neglect their feeling for the needs of others. In regards to team work ENFJ’s believe cooperation is the best way to get things done. They are teachers often motivating others to take part of educational engagement. They usually take charge and lead a team and always see the best in people. I read the personality test to my spouse. He was impressed. Everything I mention he agreed I am 100% as it says I am. He even provided an example of past story he witness while taking
ENFJs are described as warm, compassionate, and supportive, as well as loyal and trustworthy. These are all words that I would describe myself as, my most important characteristic being my loyalty in friendship. My type description also proclaims that I am “highly attuned to others; their empathy enables [me] to quickly understand emotional needs, motivations, and concerns.” No other description of me could be truer. My whole life, I have been quickly able to understand others, and even know that they are upset before they tell me so. Another handout describes ENFJs as having an intense caring about people.
ESFJ’s are considered to be extremely sensitive and are hurt by indifference and do not comprehend unkindness. They are described as being giving individuals who obtain satisfaction by the happiness from others. ESFJ’s flaw is that they are so giving and caring that they sometimes are blinded from the truth and have a hard time accepting the negative truth about someone they care about.
The auxiliary function of the INTJ personality type is extroverted thinking, which I consider to be the function that has so far contributed the most towards my academic success. I have always been adept at time management skills- I don’t believe I have the physical capacity to leave an assignment until the
Alyssa Collison, Brittany Scott and Haley Radle were all identified of having ESFJ personality type, they are known as the provider. Alyssa, Brittany and Haley all scored higher in extravert and feeling. Having a higher percentage in extravert and feeling shows that they interact better with others and make decisions using subjective values. The INFJ personality is known to be the world rarest personality type and often misunderstood. This type stand for a percentage of less than 2% of the overall world population according to Holm (2009), the majority of that percentage being female and some famous INFJ that can be named are Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King and Mother Teresa. My INFJ in academic and business milieu: from the past week assignment, my preferred four letters chosen base on the instructions received from Myers-Briggs type indicator were INFJ, which stands for Introverting, iNtuiting, Feeling and Judging. For this week assignment I was very surprise after taking the Jungian test to discover that my personality type fours letter were confirmed to be the same INFJ. Having my conformed INFJ profile means that in business milieu, my creativity and sense of responsibility come in first. Although as an INFJ I’m strongly introverted, I nevertheless highly care about my relationship with other individuals. At work I’m open to communication and always available when it comes to help colleagues to carry out on tasks or explaining work procedures. However, my personality type also implies that I can have sudden need for personal time away from others, which is my way to recharge and regain my energy. In an academic milieu, I’m more focus on setting and reaching my goals; I get motivated by planning in advance my studying weeks and do a lot of efforts to meet my assignment deadlines. I can get emotionally
In the ISFJ personality the letter “I” represented me being an introvert. Introverts tend to be more closed in and often think about things before acting on them. Introverts would choose reading a book over hanging out with friends. Introverts, like myself, prefer alone time more often than others. I show this common characteristic very often. A lot of my family and friends often worry that I am too introverted and should get out more. In my career, I have always enjoyed one on one task versus group assignments. I always took pride in completing my tasks alone and in a timely and accurate manner. Introvert is a definite fit for my personality. "Good introductory paragraph
To begin, I took the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment. This assessment has been a reliable source for documenting personality and focuses on four dimensions of personality: extraversion or introversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, and judging or perceiving (Ledlow & Coppola, 2014). Based on my results, I would be categorized as ESFJ (extraversion, sensing, feeling, judging) personality type. ESFJs focus on the outside world and assess their experiences subjectively. They largely base their judgments on their belief system and on the effects of actions on people. ESFJs are literal and concrete, trusting the specific, factual information gathered through their physiological senses. They are often skilled at bringing out the best in people, and they want to understand other points of view. They are serious about their responsibilities, seeing what needs to be done and then doing it. Generally proficient at detailed tasks, they enjoy doing little things that make life easier for others. ESFJs seek structured, controlled environments, and tend to be good at creating a sense of order. They value the rule of law and expect
My ENFJ personality described as an extroverted person in life. For instance, I enjoy getting involved in different activities and events which bring out my energetic nature (16personalities, 2016). The F (Feeling) index points to the type of personality that bases the decisions on feelings over the reason. They are contrary to do things that involves subtract or theoretical concepts. They prefer to keep themselves in more structured environments. However, they have a lack of intuition, which can label them as narrow-minded. They are worried about the other people 's opinion and they need a lot of external positive affirmation to feel good (Inc., 2016).
Through this course, I learned that my personality assessment of ENFJ fit me quite well. It described me as an extrovert with intuition, feeling, and judgment. They are described as people with tremendous charisma who believe in their dreams, and see themselves as
