Senge describes five disciplines that are necessary for a learning organization. "Learning organization" is a catchphrase covering the ideal of an organization built on vision, teamwork, openness, flexibility, ability to act under changing conditions, and so forth and so on. It is an organization where people don't just promote their limited region and privileges, but where they take risks and

Since 2012 there has been 3 cases of adolescent suicide in Hillsborough County linked to bullying via cyber or face to face bullying. The most recent case was in 2015, a shuttering story that shook many families, and teens in our county. These cases could all have been prevented if caught early, and treated with the correct care of a guardian or administration. For this recommendation report I chose a middle, high school to research their anti- bullying rules, and ask if they could implement my ideas. As a whole Hillsborough County has a zero tolerance rule against bullying, but are they implementing action to keep this zero tolerance rule?
What does one picture when you hear the word “dystopia”. Does one act as if it is the same as our modern life. Or, quite opposite, does one feel they are very different. If oneself thought either of these things, neither of them are completely wrong. Our modern-day society may be on a slight downfall, but the effects of a dystopia are far worse than our reality.
A Newtonian fluid is a fluid that exhibits constant viscosity regardless of any external stress applied to it, like mixing or a sudden application of force. Like water; this flows in the same direction regardless of whether it’s left alone or agitated. A Newtonian fluid, by definition, can only be affected by pressure and temperature together, or temperature, but not pressure on its own.
As a manager of my company’s web-design and web-hosting specialist and programmers, I need to satisfy the CEO’s request to improve the team’s performance. In order to accomplish this, I will develop a system of output control systems to assess performance through financial measures, organizational goals, and operating budgets. Furthermore, using financial measures of performance will evaluate performance through profit ratios, which measures how efficiently managers are using the organization’s resources. While generating profits, I will also be calculating the organization’s net income before taxes divided by its total assets, also known as return on investment. After calculating this, I will calculate the difference between the amount of revenue generated and the resources used to produce the product through a process called gross profit margin.

In Peter Senge’ book, 'The Five Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization', personal mastery, mental models, and systems thinking are three of five disciplines that are used in learning organizations. Currently, I am employed with a school district as a substitute teacher. I have subbed short and long term assignments on and off for nearly 15 years while operating my own Christian Academy. During these years, I have learned many of the processes and procedures as they relate to teachers and administration. It is clear to me that schools are reflected as learning organizations. However, according to ifed (n.d), “Peter Senge (1990: 3) states that learning organizations are organizations where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured, where collective aspiration is set free, and where people are continually
Throughout our final semester of study at Maryville, our cohort has studied Peter Senge’s, The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization. Rather than set of management practices, the book describes how organizations, especially those that are sustainably competitive, know how to learn. These “learning organizations” are continuously learning how to work together, where the norm is producing their best. In the book, Senge identifies five essential elements, that when practiced together, create perfect conditions for an effective learning organization. These five practices are Personal Mastery, Mental Models, Shared Vision,
3.Person cultures also got things like firms, when the organisation sells the skill of its employees this will create a require for employees to change continuous professional development.
The Fifth Discipline: An organization which is in learning stage finds a way to tap into dedication of an individual and ability to learn at all levels. The organization also wants to create its own future that chooses learning as a creative and ongoing process for their members. The Fifth Discipline instigated Senge into the front section of organization brains, made a dialect about change different sorts of organizations could get a handle on, and offered a dream of workplaces that were thoughtful and made around a general public of learning.
Senge argues that organizations should have the sort of culture which allows them to shape there own future to a far greater degree as been the case in the past. Organization must be constantly improving their performance and in order to do this both management and employees must be actively seeking ways in which they can improve performance.
