When I think of possible career options there is only one field that comes to mind and that is Law Enforcement. Law Enforcement jobs are very common in my immediate and distant family. In more specifics, my father and brother are both correctional officers but ironically I want to be a FBI Special Agent. I have always wanted to become something to better the world but just recently I changed my mind from wanting to become a Crime Scene Investigator to a FBI Special Agent.
The criminal justice system has so many areas that interest me. The area that interests me the most is homicide. The reason being is because growing up I use to watch TV shows such as the first 48, Law and Order, and New York City Undercover. These TV shows showed how the criminal justice system works. Some of these shows accurately tell stories of homicide and how law enforcment officers handle the case. I have always been interested in becoming a homicide detective simply so that I can help victims and their family has justice. I feel like the death of a loved one or friend is even harder to deal with when the person who murdered them is still walking the streets. I hope to one day show people that even though the
Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to be an FBI agent. I do not really know why, but I have always been interested in the field of criminal justice. I watch many tv shows in the genre of crime and mystery, and it was always so intriguing to try and figure out who committed the crime. I can recall that when I was a kid, I was always so fascinated when I saw cop cars on the side of the road because I wanted to know what was taking place. I wanted to be the one getting that call to arrive at the scene. I wanted to be the first to know what happened. I wanted to gather evidence and investigate the crime. I wanted to be a cop. Another reason I am interested in criminal justice is that one of my family members has been in trouble with the law since he was

I really want to become a police officer I have wanted to be one since I was young I have always wanted to help the community in some way and i always wanted to help people in need and I thought about jobs that could do that and becoming a police officer. Criminal justice is the degree that I have chosen as what I 'm going to pursue at Campbellsville University. One thing that interests me about criminal justice is detectives. I believe detectives are the most interesting job in the criminal justice system. As a kid I loved being able to face a problem and figure out ways to fix it. I believe detectives use all the clues and evidence to figure out the puzzle or problem that he or she is faced with in every case.
Personally, I would be satisfied being in the law enforcement career because it can help people and to me it’s doing something great with my life.
In the future, I would like to become a Crime Scene detective. The love for mystery solving and crime had always attracted me to law enforcement. Solving the case and catching the criminals makes the rush, including experience a million times better.
One job that I have always been interested in is becoming a Detective for the FBI. I’ve watched so many shows on what the detectives do and how they handle the crimes. There are different kinds of detectives that you can become. It would be an interesting job to do. I would get to experience different crimes and work with different people. The cool thing about this job is that some of the head offices get to travel and work. Also, it would be a great chance to see how other states control their community when something happens. Detectives get the chance to save people’s lives and take in the bad, if they get them. Becoming part of the team is like getting adopted and everyone becomes your family.
The criminal justice profession interests me because of how active it is, there’s always something happening and everything is bold and exciting. I want to help others and learn more responsibility. Saving lives and becoming a hard worker.
After working as a police officer for at least ten years I plan on moving to the homicide department. I want to finish out my career as a homicide detective. When I was 15 years old my father was murdered. I know firsthand how important homicide detectives are to families. We depended heavily on our team of detectives to find out what happened to my father and to find out who murdered him. The homicide detectives worked day in and day out until the case was solved. I cannot thank these men and women enough. They helped bring my family peace and closure. I would like to do the same thing for others. I think the job as a homicide detective will be interesting and rewarding. It is like a puzzle. You show up to a crime scene with just a dead body then gather clues and witnesses and eventually put the pieces together. You go from having nothing to solving the case. Most importantly, you get to put a criminal in jail in and bring peace to a
In the criminal justice field, the two careers I am considering are Law and Criminal Law Paralegal. I have known for the past years that I wanted to be in a job that contributes to the betterment of society while helping others around me. These two lines of work seem exciting and challenging.
The profession I chose as my interest is Criminal Psychology, which has also been called, Law Psychology, and Forensic Psychology. The reason I have chosen this specific field is because I have always found it to be fascinating, but also because of certain events that have taken place in my life from an early age. I know this career path is not an easy one, and a lot of the details have been glorified in TV shows, but the general idea of combing my knowledge in Psychology and Criminal Justice opens many doors in my future.

My dream career is to be a criminologist. My interest sparked when I became interested in the mind and human behavior ever since grade school. Criminology is the study of crimes, effects, and social impact on society. Criminologist job is to observe the behavior of criminals and seek out why the crime was committed, this is in order to reduce the rate of future criminal behavior. Their job duties also include writing research paper and articles. This is a job that I feel that I will pursue because of my love for writing and also my desire to better our society. There are many different jobs you can have as a criminologist. There are specific ones such as a profiling. Profiling is when you spend most of your job as a criminologist looking into old cases, which will help you with your current criminal. As a profiler when you gather your new information you then identify the crime trend and motive behind specific crimes.Profiling is the job that I would like to do as a criminologist. Another job that criminologist can have research and academia. Many criminologists dedicate their time to being strictly researchers.
