What sport has the most self-benefits? What sport could benefit my life in more than just a physical way? Is there even a sport that could possibly benefit me emotionally, physically and mentally at the same time? Tennis is a sport that can benefit all of those. Some people underestimate tennis and all the benefits it has but today I will show you how it benefits you physically, emotionally and mentally. Tennis is the sport with the most benefits towards physical, mental and emotional health. The benefits in tennis contribute so much to your physical side, with all the fitness and training you do which helps with your physical appearance and health. Ever since I started playing more tennis I started looking at life at a more positive view because if you look at it in a negative way, it won’t help you in any way. “Tennis players are more confident, healthier, less depressed and more socially interactive, they’re just plain happier.Friends is a massive part of a child's life as they help and support each other when needed which is good for emotional health and gives you more confidence to make more friends and be more socially interactive “On court and off, you are guaranteed to make friends through tennis.” -Tennis Industry
