Tourists are allowed to enter the cave and there are informational and educational kiosks that provide the user with background information on the history of the cave such as how it was formed, who it was founded by, the reason the founder took and interest in the cave, and why the cave is significant. You can also take a tour through the cave which lasts around an hour and a half. This tour takes you throughout the entire cave. My first reason why we should go on this field trip is because it will be educational. In the field trip we would mostly learn about science. According to Lava Beds National Monument, it states, “Over 700 caves have now been discovered hidden in the natural wilderness of the area.” When we go to the field trip we would learn about the caves and volcanoes formations. Even though some caves are very old, we would have to bend and crawl through tubes of ragged rocks, and we would have to be cautious, we would use sturdy shoes, helmets, knee pads, and flashlights. Also not all the caves are old and have jagged rocks, based on Lava Beds National Monument, some caves have high ceilings and smooth floors, which would make exploration more easy. When we are on the trip we would learn

Also, the park is very small, there's only around 130,000 visitors each year. Kids will not be crowding everybody, and can personally enjoy the field trip. We went on this field trip in science, and there were so many people that made it hard to enjoy. Based on personal experience, it is always best to make sure there are not too many tourists. Also, you do not need a reservation to get in most caves, so it will not be as

Now, this may get you started, but it will by no means produce the utmost in satisfaction.
