EPHESIANS 1:3-14 Giving Praise and Glory to the Father in Haven
A. who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ (vs1-3).
1. Christ has chosen us before we were born
2. God’s Grace and Mercy for our lives
3. God’s Spiritual Blessing – The Holy Spirit
B. God well to adopt us and save us from sin (vs 1:5)
1. God adopted us through his son Jesus Christ 2 The redeemer can to save us from sin and death
I. to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. (vs 1:6-7NIV).
A. God loves each one of use he allows us free well
1. Christians should praise God everyday
2. God provides all the scriptures to guide us
B. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace (vs 1:7)
1. Jesus Died on the Cross to Save us from Sin
2. Christians are no longer in bondage
II. Wisdom and Knowledge (vs 1:8-10).
A. God provides Wisdom and Understanding for all his children
1. Consider what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything. vs 2 Timothy 2-7)
2. Wisdom and knowledge is something we all need to understand God’s purpose.
B.to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ (vs 11-12)
Because of these gifts — both what Christ has done for us on the cross and the future promise of perfect fellowship with God for all eternity — we are free from the old restrictions and requirements of the law, and we are called to present our entire lives as acts of worship to the Lord (see Romans 11:36-12:1). Jesus frees us from the law so that we are free to love Him more — not as condemned rebels or slaves, but as sons and daughters.

And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds, he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him,”
Christ is our Lord, and we are answerable to Him for all our good deeds and also our misdeeds.
However, the mercy, justice and goodness of God provided a way of salvation for the progeny of Adam. Jesus Christ, the Son of God and second member of the Trinity, was sent from the Father to redeem the world and heal the wounds of original sin in all believers. By his obedience and sacrificial death on the cross at Calvary, Christ paid for the sins of all humankind and redeemed the
forgiveness of his sins through Christ, for which reason he lets himself be enrolled and outwardly

V.7: “In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace—” Paul begins to list some of the blessings that flow from the matchless grace of God. These blessings are enjoyed by the believer in the present, this is shown by the tense that is used “we have”, which shows the continuous of the blessings. Paul uses the word redemption (apolytrosis), which has to do with the emancipation either of slaves or of prisoners. The NEB has “release” by derivation, the term also implies the payment of a ransom price and this factor is frequently reflected in its usage. In this context, the price is paid “through His [Jesus’] blood”. Paul also uses the word forgiveness (aphesis) which means loosing
Salvation through Jesus Christ. God 's redeeming love is active to save sinners through Jesus ' incarnate life and teachings, through his atoning death, his resurrection, his sovereign presence through history, and his promised return.

But God restored us to himself through his love and mercy and saved us with his grace (v. 4-7).
