Leaders understand that they will one day leave behind a legacy and actively work toward what they would like their legacy left after they are gone to be. Just as in sports a coach needs a team of good players to win, an organization needs a team of good leaders to succeed. A legacy is created only when a person puts his organization into the position to do great things without him. Personally, I feel that while one should live with an understanding that they will one day perish, I do not believe that people should live their lives surrounding their legacy. I believe that leaders should be more focused on the impact they have had on their team members and the growth they have fostered in them than their legacy. This being said, I also see how

The Penn State child abuse scandal in 2011 left students, alumni, and even fans in a disarray of thoughts. Not only were Sandusky’s actions brutality and betrayal, but also those Penn State employees who failed to take further action when they knew about molesting, including Joe Paterno. There was coverage for days about this occurrence, even now, four years later, they are still broadcasting new information. In Frank Deford’s “Joe Paterno’s Legacy: Protect the Players at all Costs,” the sport columnist and radio broadcaster elaborates a fans point of view of the scandal. In “Penn State's Patriarchal Pastimes the liberal feminist, Katha Pollitt, examines the bigger picture with harsh tone with child abuse in mind.
Merriam-Webster defines legacy as “something transmitted by or received from an ancestor or predecessor or from the past” and a leader as “something that guides or directs”. When put together, a legacy leader is someone that has had a significant impact or influence on others through their leadership. Over the duration of my military career I have had many different types of leaders in all shapes and sizes. My father and uncles’ instilled a statement in my head from a young age that I will never forget. This statement is closely related to the Law of Legacy and very relevant to being a leader in the modern business world. The statement only consists of a few words, but these words are very powerful and if this statement is followed, your reputation as a leader will be respected and hopefully emulated. The statement is, “Lead by example, do what is right, be the best you can be, and treat others the way you would like to be treated.”
Satanists are Atheists with humanist philosophies. Members of the Church of Satan believe that all gods were created by man. So their belief is, by worshiping these invented gods, religious folk actually worship human inventors. The Church’s belief is that we, as humans, are responsible for ourselves and not to a god. Members value characteristics such as pride, liberty, and other human traits that some religions consider inappropriate. The Church aims to end the clash between religious policies and natural inclinations so that members can live without guilt for doing these human instincts and desires.

Bullying in the workplace has always been an issue that has not been given much importance. It is indeed a problem that should be addressed by the concerned personnel because it can result in many health and safety issues, especially when nurses are bullied at their workplace. From the beginning of times, people who are deployed at a senior post to tend to look down upon the students or new people who have just started work. Nursing is also one of the professions in which the fresh graduates or students are bullied to the extent that they feel that they would not be able to face their seniors. They start developing inferiority complex and are unable to perform their job well. When they are taunted by their seniors and preceptors about their lack of knowledge and experience, their confidence is shattered. This implies that when they are handling a case, they are not confident if they are doing the right thing or not. In this tussle, they sometimes do not even perform the task they were really good at and put the health and safety of the patient at stake.
Our argument is, should the U.S. invest in nuclear energy? My partner and I believe we should not. The United States has been thinking about the detriments and the benefits of Nuclear Energy. Nuclear energy is a strong demand by many countries. Nuclear power is good for saving energy and contains the greenhouse gases that are released into the air everyday. The atom, is where nuclear power is stored. In the 1940’s, the Argonne National Laboratory was assigned the lead role in developing commercial nuclear energy. They were assigned this by the United States Atomic Energy Commission. Nuclear Power Plants most of the time, use fission to produce electricity. Despite all of this, nuclear power can also have a downside. This is the part we will be focusing

It will help you sort out the distinctions between your roles and titles, and identify where you get the greatest satisfaction and where your strengths lie.
