They are required to learn how to do everything correctly and in a manner that their superiors deem the “Starbucks Way.” They implore their employees to know the correct way to treat customers and how to make each customers’ experience with Starbucks the best possible. This culture is created by how the company treats its employees. Due to this, each individual is trained to display their training in dealing with customers. They learn this culture when they become partners, and they are instructed to share this ideology with each of its customers.
