Justify your opinion. Starbucks business level strategy has been to become and remain the world's premier coffee franchise that operates in a sustainable and principled manner. The company utilizes a comprehensive corporate social responsibility program that is integrated in every part of the company's operations from the way it treats its employees to the way it sources its coffee.

2.Analyze the corporate-level strategies for the corporation you chose to determine the corporate-level strategy you think is most important to the long-term success of the firm and whether or not you judge this to be a good choice. Justify your opinion. The corporate level strategy is roughly the same as the business level strategy since Starbucks only has one primary business. I believe that fact that Starbucks only focuses on one primary business makes the organization stronger.
