We are not short of hearing about the significance in creating goals, merely having a vision is enough to steer someone into a reality long imaged. Long before The Secret and vision boards, I read Gloria Steinman’s book, A Revolution Within. She postulates imagining meeting oneself in the future. I have visualized a young vibrant, powerful woman with a number pinned on her chest, her face chafed from the wind, triumphantly passing the finish line.

Information technology can allow departments to more efficiently and successfully perform their business operations. Information technology is an important enabler of business success and innovation.
I had a distinct interest in Biology, Computer and Math. In my Secondary school, I was a student assigned with the position of sports-vice captain and house-captain in my 8th and 9th grade respectively, a privilege and honor I took very earnestly. Moreover, I have been a part of Bharat Scouts and Guides for seven years, where I was selected as patrol leader and honored with Governor Award in recognition of my sincere service to the mankind. As a student, I had done a part-time job at Amway agency. Hence, as I developed, I extended my vision into science, expanded my presentation and refined my research interests to what they are today. Volunteerism has been a steady component in my life, working at doctor's facilities, primary schools, Old Age Home, Community Health Centre, and Orphanage at whatever point I could. I wanted to add my part positively to the lives of many individuals by knowing their challenges of life and spreading awareness of health and diseases, their prevention amongst

Being addicted to excellence, I believe a good career can only be built above the firm foundation of a good education. Above all, it would be a real benediction to be able to learn under the guidance of the professors at University of Cincinnati. Possessing excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, I am enthusiastic about the next phase of my life,I also hope and believe that I would be able to contribute to the University as well as build a great career ahead.

It was an introductory class on physical chemistry and our chemistry teacher was teaching us the allotropes of carbon. At the end of the class, he asked us, “What do you think makes a small piece of diamond more precious than tons of charcoal, although they are made up of same carbon atoms? Is it its appearance? No. It’s the pressure that the carbon endured for thousands of years to become a diamond”. “A diamond is just a piece of charcoal that handled the pressure well”, he quoted. “No pressure, No diamond. Pressure shapes a diamond, in the same way, persistence in challenging situation shapes a man”- I still remember all these words from my high school chemistry teacher which inspired me and made me realize that perseverance is the key to reach the sky.
The Information Technology (IT) industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the world to a point whereby it has become the key driver of global economic growth.
Information technology is determined by the demands of the new, competitive business environment. Information technology come in the form of many technologically innovative devices such as internet, computer, scanner, analytic tools, software and smart phone which help distribute important information from top level to bottom level management which in turn use all these useful information generated to make crucial decision making regarding the objective and mission of the organization itself.
Information Technology is a relevant term in the present industrial scenario. The implication of the term has gained a larger popularity now. In fact in order to make any business more minute and detailed, the incorporation of IT has become almost mandatory. Information Technology or shortly known as IT is basically a system which uses different technologies from computing, telecommunication so that information can be produced in digital manner as soon as possible. Thus, to be precise, we can also say that the IT system makes use of different technologies in order to control, create, design and support the computer oriented information approach. Frankly enough, the IT is no more only limited within the sphere of the computer technology rather it has disseminated its sphere among the cell phone or PDA activities as well. (Emmanson, 2012)
