I believe that the ability to invent, innovate and discover is what has propelled man to the echelons of success. Throughout my life, I have been driven by the desire to create, to experiment a capability that transcends the passive acquisition of knowledge. I have always been captivated by the power of mathematics and science and this fascination inspired me to pursue a career in mathematics and science.
The boundless possibility of Business Interchange and the instant knowledge of the outcome that stimulates one for further analysis of a rationale in question is what I find most appealing about management and its application

My real achievements started when I took information Technology as my branch for my undergraduate course in Prof. Ram Meghe Institute Of Technology and Research, one of the most elite and oldest institutions of engineering in India. The course was developed in such a way and was open for changes that it remains compatible to the latest industry standards. I have remained extremely motivated and zealous throughout my Bachelors Programs. I was always among the class 3 toppers in the subjects such as e-commerce, Data Structure, Digital communication, and communication engineering. I am adept at programming in C, C++ and JAVA which were taught in our undergraduate studies.
SEMINARS AND PROJECTS:
During the course of my undergraduate studies, I was involved in lot of projects. I did a project on Automated Teller Machine (ATM) which gave me an insight into the wonders of programming world. Then I also completed a project on Student Information System which was a database management of our college library. To enhance my detailed knowledge of the subject and to keep up with the changing trends. I did lot of seminars and presentation. The seminars were on web application and its working. I also delivered a seminar on ASP.NET.
Presented paper on “Latest Computer Technologies”. The final year curricular demanded a project of bigger scale; I was a part of project named “HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT” which I did in
Science has allowed us to realize our negative impact on the earth and fight to put laws in place to protect nature. Chemistry and Romanticism and Revolution inspires me to think creatively and critically in order to truly be an innovator and a
During the coursework I have completed various semester project which helped me learning multiple programming languages, networking concepts, trouble shooting skills and communication skills.
All of my life, I have worked hard to improve myself. I was born in Nigeria and received a bachelor's degree in electrical electronic engineering. Afterwards, I was employed in a variety of capacities in the fields of IT. This was very exciting, because Nigeria is a nation that is only just beginning to enjoy the full fruits of the worldwide digital revolution. I was able to assist in building IT infrastructures from 'the ground up' in the companies where I was employed.
Finding out how and why things work and discovering how products are made has always my passion. I regularly watch engineering and science shows on the television. From my childhood, I have always been a very curious person who would not believe just because someone told me, but I had to know the reason behind it. Science always fascinated me, and I always wondered how we remained on the ground and never fell off something that is spherical. In school I was more interested in maths and science rather than History or Arts and this made me choose Chemistry, maths and physics as my Higher subjects. This has helped me appreciate how Science has been utilised to improve man’s life and make it easier. It is because of this that I would like to
I am applying various lessons I have learnt from this course to project about to information, such as with the use of power point presentation or various excel reports.
Management as a science has provided a systematic body of knowledge to be learnt by the prospective and the working manager. That is why the old saying that ‘managers are born’ has been rejected in favour of ‘managers are made’ because management has emerged as a science and people can be trained to be managers. But the fact that management is an art where specialised personal skills are implied creatively for management work.
Management comes with countless responsibilities in order for the business to run smoothly and successfully. In order to achieve the goals of the company as well as the managers own goals, it is essential to keep employees motivated, keep the customer satisfied, and increase profits. “Management is defined as the process of administering and coordinating resources effectively, efficiently, and in an effort to achieve the goals of the organization.” (Lewis, 5).
As Paul Hawken states, good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that everyone wants to get to work and deal with them.
I witnessed the entire software development cycle in action, right from the requirement analysis until the delivery of the product. This experience made me realize how putting the concepts that I had learnt in class into actual practice, reinforced my understanding of the same. Accordingly, I started taking up a few projects to fortify my hold on the subjects I wanted to explore.
Looking back, I think this is where I seeded my carrier in Computer industry. During that time, I built several basic computers on i8080 and Zilog Z80 microprocessors, learned assembler programming and concepts of software development utilizing advanced languages such as BASIC. Even before I finished school, I was spending all available time at University Data Center, growing and practicing new skills. It was that time when, I put a group of fellow students together to learn and develop software on PDP-11 computers. That group carried me through a whole period of my life in Russia.
As per the requirements given to me, I gathered the requirements which are needed for my project and started analyzing for first few days of my intern. Then I designed all the UML diagrams in which my project consists of three modules. They are Admin, User, System modules. In this project I have worked with different environments like Front end Scripting, Back end Java programming with frameworks like Spring MVC, Hibernates and databases. Throughout the project, I learned and implemented many concepts which are useful for development of my career.
We cannot leave our discussion of the value of studying management without looking at the rewards and challenges of being a manager. What does it mean to be a manager? Being a manager in today\ 's dynamic work place provides many challenge.
“Management is about coping with complexity…. Good management brings a degree of order and consistency to key dimensions like the quality and profitability of products.” (Kotter 1990).
A good manager not only knows the basic management principles but is able to put them into practice. While knowledge alone cannot replace experience and common sense, it is a vital ingredient in creative decision-making. The remainder of this chapter focuses on basic concepts of
Moreover, it can be guidelines for me to further developing in my management skills. The theory of management led me to see the motivation of managers doing which I always overlook before. Besides, I will know whether my managers doing things right or wrong while they are reaching their goals.
