The strength of each predictor (independent) variable influence on the dependent variable can be investigated via standardized Beta coefficient. Hence, the regression coefficient explain the average amount of change in dependent variable that caused by a unit of change in the independent variable. Therefore, as shown the table above fund is the most contributing factor in the prediction of effectiveness of inventory management in Este woreda public sector with beta value 0.359 followed by a staff skill with the beta value of 0.287.
